Plan, administer, and supervise network and server operations, including Windows servers, AD, DNS, firewalls, routers/switches, VMware, telephony, wireless security, cabling, software/hardware installs, updates, and documentation to maintain production network integrity and compliance.

Design, develop, and execute JMeter performance tests with Groovy scripting for SaaS applications; analyze results, identify bottlenecks, produce actionable reports, collaborate with dev/QA/DevOps, and document testing strategies within Agile teams.

Work with stakeholders and the product team to translate business needs into technical requirements. Scope solutions, design processes, create functional and nonfunctional specifications, wireframes, and data migration rules. Facilitate design sessions, negotiate requirements across stakeholders, and produce BRDs, FSDs, SRSs, user manuals, and use case specifications.

Perform manual and automated testing to ensure software quality: build and maintain Selenium automation scripts, debug, execute tests, analyze results, test UI, databases and APIs, use version control, and support CI/CD and load testing efforts.

Reconcile and maintain financial data across NetSuite, Salesforce, and billing systems. Analyze financial statements, support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. Identify and correct data inconsistencies, support month‑end and quarter‑end close, collaborate cross‑functionally, and assist with process improvements and data integrity audits.
