Owns daily product organization operations, including planning routines, calendars, PI Planning support, roadmap and launch reviews, customer insight systems, cross-functional workflows, product tooling, dashboards, and AI-assisted processes. The role improves product team efficiency, tracks operating health, supports executive communication, and drives collaboration across Product, Engineering, Design, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing.

Create and maintain software documentation, including user interface text, online help, developer guides, tutorials, and training materials. Collaborate with product, marketing, and internal teams to understand technical requirements, identify content reuse opportunities, and repurpose documentation. The role also involves mentoring documentation staff and simplifying complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.

Perform manual and automated software testing throughout the development lifecycle. Create test scripts, cases, and scenarios; execute tests according to project plans; document procedures and results; identify and report defects; follow testing guidelines and company procedures; and provide daily status updates to management.
