Perform manual and automated software testing throughout the development lifecycle. Create test scripts, cases, and scenarios; execute tests according to project plans; document procedures and results; identify and report defects; follow testing guidelines and company procedures; and provide daily status updates to management.

Design, develop, test, and maintain software modules; troubleshoot and resolve customer issues; provide shift-based customer support; follow coding standards and use TFS for code check-ins; prepare technical documentation and escalate unresolved problems to internal teams.

Reconcile and maintain financial data across NetSuite, Salesforce, and billing systems. Analyze financial statements, support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. Identify and correct data inconsistencies, support month‑end and quarter‑end close, collaborate cross‑functionally, and assist with process improvements and data integrity audits.
