Improve HR data governance, automate processes, maintain SOPs and FAQs, support digital HR projects and payroll automation, and prepare HR reports and analytics. The role requires Chinese and English communication, European labor regulation knowledge, HR systems proficiency, and at least one year of relevant experience.

Provides administrative support across office asset management, procurement, supplier coordination, contract organization, budget tracking, and HR activities. Maintains inventory and asset records, manages purchasing and material delivery, archives contracts, assists with budget reports, and supports employee activities and workplace culture initiatives. The role requires strong communication, teamwork, fluent English, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and legal authorization to work in the United States.

Provide technical support for employee devices, email, VPN, login, and network issues. Manage IT assets, maintain LAN and Wi-Fi infrastructure, assist with servers and backups, administer user accounts and permissions, and implement security measures such as patching, antivirus, access control, and security awareness. Diagnose and resolve issues independently while delivering reliable employee service.

Own day-to-day last-mile network operations, including routing rules, postcode assignments, service coverage, hub capacity monitoring, launches, incident resolution, dashboards, and service-level tracking. Collaborate with hub managers, third-party logistics partners, operations, technology, and international teams. The role requires logistics or supply chain experience, advanced Excel and data analysis skills, and familiarity with routing or transportation management systems.

Manage regional last-mile delivery service partners, including sourcing, evaluation, onboarding, performance management, capacity planning, expansion, and new service launches. Develop operational processes and SOPs, improve delivery systems and courier/provider experience, and coach junior staff. The role requires logistics and last-mile delivery experience, structured data-driven thinking, strong communication, resilience, and fluency in Spanish and English. Mandarin is an advantage.
