Manage outsourced labor vendors, including sourcing, markup negotiations, attendance, billing, and processing. Oversee recruiting, onboarding, and orientation for hourly and salaried employees. Partner with warehouse leadership on HR strategy, support performance management, and help recognize strong performance. The role requires vendor management, negotiation, communication, collaboration, office software proficiency, and English-Mandarin bilingual capability.

Partner with warehouse leadership to align HR initiatives, support performance management, facilitate improvement plans, and recognize strong performance. The role also requires vendor management, negotiation, communication, office software proficiency, and English and Spanish fluency.

Manage office assets, procurement, inventory, workspace allocation, facility maintenance, sanitation, employee activities, administrative budgets, expense reconciliation, and cost reduction initiatives. Support warehouse and office environment improvements, coordinate team-building and community events, and complete miscellaneous administrative tasks. Requires an associate degree or higher, strong communication and teamwork skills, proficiency with Excel and management tools, and fluency in English and Chinese.
