Manage company assets, inventory records, procurement activities, supplier relationships, contracts, and budget tracking. Provide HR and administrative support, assist with employee activities and corporate culture initiatives, and help ensure efficient resource allocation. The role requires strong English communication, negotiation, teamwork, office software proficiency, and legal authorization to work in the United States.

Manage outsourced labor vendors, including sourcing, markup negotiations, attendance, billing, and invoice processing. Oversee recruiting, onboarding, and orientation for hourly and salaried employees. Partner with warehouse leaders to align HR initiatives with business goals, support performance management, and recognize strong performance.

Coordinates warehouse packing machines and sorters across operations, HQ, and vendors. Handles daily equipment checks, cleaning, resets, jam and emergency-stop recovery, basic electromechanical repairs, spare-parts tracking, maintenance logs, uptime reporting, vendor after-sales support, and peak-season standby. Supports equipment acceptance, repair scheduling, SLA closure, operating procedures, and CE/Dutch Arbo compliance.
