Inside Sales Representative responsible for developing dealer, retail, builder, and designer accounts in the kitchen cabinet market. Build relationships, grow existing accounts, achieve sales targets, use Salesforce/CRM to manage pipeline, collaborate with outside sales, and stay current on product and competitor information.

Lead and coordinate a manufacturing department to meet productivity, quality, safety, and cost targets. Assign work, coach and develop employees, track timekeeping in Kronos, inspect product quality, recommend process or equipment improvements, and participate in continuous improvement projects using COS visual controls and reporting. Enforce policies, document incidents, and support cross-functional collaboration to optimize material flow and performance.

Manage manufacturing capital and expense projects, prepare engineering prints and RFQs, lead equipment purchases and installations, improve equipment reliability and preventative maintenance, support new product introductions, run cost-savings and quality initiatives, conduct FMEA and asset performance evaluations, monitor OEE, and lead cross-functional teams to manage timelines and budgets.

Provide HR administrative support including Workday data entry, personnel record maintenance, FMLA and short-term disability processing, new hire orientation, benefit enrollment, applicant processing, answering employee HR inquiries, coordinating events, and general clerical duties to support HR operations.

Prepare monthly financial reports, forecasts, and annual plans for assigned business units. Analyze performance, identify trends, and provide profitability, expense, and variance analysis with recommendations. Partner with finance leadership and cross-functional teams to improve financial controls, processes, and reporting efficiency. Validate and communicate results, highlighting risks and opportunities.

Operate overhead stain line and rotate through spraying positions; perform filter changes and preventive maintenance on spray guns and booths; achieve Allegro hood certification and passing color qualifications; assist with repairs, work at a fast pace, and use DOCK system, scanning, and schedule knowledge. Hinging, sanding, and staining experience is helpful.

Wipe parts on an overhead stain line, rotate through all wipe-line positions, assist with filter changes, work at a fast pace, perform basic repairs, and fill in as needed.

Lead HR for manufacturing plants: ensure compliance with employment laws, support and guide plant HR staff, investigate complaints, manage recruitment and performance systems, conduct FLSA/HR audits and HRIS audits, report HR metrics, support projects and budgeting, assess training, and spend at least 30% of time on the production floor. Role is 100% onsite with up to 20% travel.

The Quality Engineer monitors quality systems, develops standards, applies statistical methods, conducts audits, and mentors Six Sigma initiatives to ensure product quality and customer satisfaction.

The General Laborer position requires active participation in safety and production processes, operating tools, and ensuring workflow documentation is completed. No experience necessary, training provided, flexible work within the department.

Schedule plant production orders using Oracle; plan transportation routes; contact carriers and release shipments; verify production capacity and accurate bills of lading; coordinate with customer care for special and expedited orders; ensure timely, accurate shipping operations.

Create individualized custom product quotes and CAD drawings for cabinetry and accessories; review customer drawings, research feasibility with Engineering/Operations/Purchasing, prepare pricing and appliance panel quotes, maintain CAD templates, provide phone support and training, and document custom quote reference materials.

Manage shop floor operations across multiple departments and shifts, driving safety, quality, delivery, cost and continuous improvement through Lean, Kaizen, Six Sigma, MOS, TPM, and personnel development. Ensure compliance with standard work, audits, training, and corrective actions while participating in capital planning and value stream improvement activities.
