Cabinetworks Group has an immediate opening for multiple Inside Sales Representatives that will be part of a newly created Inside Sales team.

JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking an energetic and results driven Inside Sales Representative to join a team focused on developing accounts in the kitchen cabinet market. The ideal candidate will be passionate about sales, have excellent communication skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
This role is crucial to our growth strategy. You will focus on building relationships with dealers, retail outlets, builders, and kitchen designers, focused on understanding customer needs and working to provide a positive buying experience that drives revenue growth.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Proactively engage dealer and retail partners across your assigned territory to sell Cabinetworks products. Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate kitchen cabinet solutions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with kitchen designers at dealers and retail outlets.
- Develop and grow prospects and existing customers. Initially focused on expanding existing accounts and growing market share. Regularly interact with the outside sales teams to drive sales and ensure market coverage.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance sales skills. Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor offerings. Regularly communicate strategic and tactical information to sales leadership regarding competitors impacting assigned responsibility.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Utilize Salesofrce.com to track customer interactions and your sales pipeline
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
- 2+ years of sales and/or marketing experience. Prefer construction, home renovation, cabinetry, or related industry.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience. All combinations of education and experience will be considered.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and relationships over the phone and via email.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Understanding of the kitchen cabinet market and designer needs is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (written, verbal, nonverbal, and presentation); ability to convey strong, clear messages to target audiences
- Experience and competency working with technology to maximize effectiveness in sales role (Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce.com, and various software applications)
- Must be able to periodically lift up to 50 lbs.
