Responsibilities include purchase order processing, account setup, onboarding, opening schedules, shipment coordination, sales order creation, performance reporting, client meetings, and cross-functional issue resolution. The role requires strong organization, communication, Excel proficiency, and experience with order fulfillment or account management systems.

Owns multi-state HR compliance across federal, state, and local requirements. Responsibilities include maintaining compliance calendars, monitoring regulatory changes, managing I-9/E-Verify, ADA accommodations, EEO-1 reporting, workers’ compensation, OSHA records, unemployment claims, labor posters, audits, remediation, and compliance training.
