Lead treasury and accounts payable functions to optimize cash flow, manage liquidity and banking relationships, maintain D365 banking data, perform reconciliations and financial analysis, ensure SOX compliance, manage insurance and credit card programs, support audits, and supervise at least two direct reports.

Manage day-to-day administration of health, retirement, leave, and wellness programs; maintain vendor relationships; support open enrollment; ensure benefits compliance; analyze utilization and costs; serve as primary employee contact for benefits questions; develop education materials; coordinate leave requests and third-party administrators.

Lead digital product strategy and roadmap for Build-A-Bear’s DTC mobile-first experiences across US and UK. Partner with tech, CX, and analytics to prioritize, deliver, and iterate on features that drive conversion, retention, and revenue growth using data-driven experimentation and funnel optimization.
