Owns multi-state HR compliance across federal, state, and local jurisdictions. Responsibilities include managing compliance calendars, monitoring regulatory changes, administering ADA accommodations and I-9/E-Verify processes, filing EEO and workers’ compensation reports, maintaining OSHA records and labor posters, managing unemployment claims, conducting audits, tracking remediation, and advising HR leadership and field teams. The role partners with HRIS, Payroll, Benefits, and Legal to maintain audit-ready processes and mitigate employment compliance risks.

Manages wholesale and partner-operated accounts for Build-A-Bear, serving as the primary client contact and supporting relationship growth. Responsibilities include purchase order processing, account setup, onboarding, opening schedules, shipment coordination, sales order creation, performance reporting, client meetings, and cross-functional issue resolution. The role requires strong organization, communication, Excel proficiency, and experience with order fulfillment or account management systems.

Leads Build-A-Bear’s global logistics and supply chain strategy across fulfillment, warehouses, 3PL partners, stores, e-commerce, and wholesale. Develops a scalable five-year roadmap, modernizes logistics operations, improves inventory placement and efficiency, and implements AI-enabled forecasting and automation. Oversees international logistics, supply chain technology, vendor relationships, and executive analytics while leading organizational change and high-performance teams.
