Lead financial reporting, forecasting, and variance analysis to drive retail performance. Build data models and dashboards (Excel, Power BI, SQL), analyze channel, product, and promotional performance, deliver executive recommendations, and partner cross-functionally to support strategic initiatives and ad hoc financial modeling.

Lead treasury and accounts payable functions to optimize cash flow, manage liquidity and banking relationships, maintain D365 banking data, perform reconciliations and financial analysis, ensure SOX compliance, manage insurance and credit card programs, support audits, and supervise at least two direct reports.

Manage complex IT and company-wide projects from planning through implementation. Create and maintain project plans, budgets, risk and change management, stakeholder communication, and PMO artifacts. Bridge IT and business by assessing processes, defining requirements, and delivering data-driven recommendations. Mentor teams and promote PMO standards and agile practices.
