Engineering Intern will support manufacturing and business improvement projects through product design, testing, analysis, troubleshooting, prototype validation, and research. An 18–24 month rotational leadership program for recent engineering graduates. Participants rotate through manufacturing operations, technical product development, product management, and sales execution while receiving mentorship, training, and high-impact project experience. The program prepares participants for engineering leadership roles and requires onsite work in Houston, willingness to relocate within the U.S., strong communication and technical aptitude, and travel during rotations.

Performs structural and thermal FEA/CFD simulations for industrial valve components and assemblies. Evaluates stresses, deformation, fatigue, contact, buckling, thermal effects, and design margins against engineering codes and requirements. Verifies models using calculations and test data, documents technically defensible findings, and recommends design improvements. Designs, analyzes, documents, and develops industrial valve products from concept through product introduction. Supports new product development and product maintenance, ensuring manufacturability, reliability, safety, cost, and performance objectives. Responsibilities include structural and thermal analysis, technical risk management, root-cause investigation, process improvement, engineering deliverable validation, supplier and customer communication, and mentoring team members.

Develops new business and manages existing customer relationships across Ohio and Western Pennsylvania for HVAC and automatic temperature control products. Responsibilities include territory prospecting, customer site visits, product solution selling, account management, meeting sales goals, building technical product knowledge, and representing the company at industry events. The role requires frequent regional travel, occasional Houston training travel, independent scheduling, and compliance with driving and background requirements.

Develop, customize, integrate, test, debug, and support Infor LN CS ERP Cloud solutions. Responsibilities include system analysis and design, ERP component development, third-party integrations using APIs and web services, data migration, performance tuning, documentation, user acceptance testing, implementation support, and technical training. The role collaborates with business stakeholders, functional leads, project managers, support teams, and technical groups across a multinational, multi-company environment.

Provides administrative and operational support by managing calendars, meetings, communications, travel arrangements, events, documents, records, expenses, invoices, vendors, office supplies, and special projects. The Associate Product Manager supports the ball valve product line by managing product development, analyzing market data, and providing sales training and operational support.

The role requires strong customer service, sales, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with collaboration across the sales team. This is an onsite position in Sewell, New Jersey, five days per week.

Plans and manages material requirements for major manufacturing projects using ERP/MRP systems. Coordinates with purchasing, engineering, manufacturing, assembly, materials planning, and sales teams; schedules project sales orders; monitors progress and trends; resolves planning issues; and recommends corrective actions and process improvements. The role requires strong analytical, organizational, communication, and prioritization skills in an onsite production environment.

Creates detailed 3D models, assemblies, technical drawings, sections, and exploded views for mechanical valves using AutoCAD and SolidWorks. Maintains drawings, bills of materials, revisions, change orders, and technical records in ERP and PDM systems. Collaborates with engineers, applies GD&T and manufacturing standards, reviews drawing accuracy, supports validation testing and certification, and helps prepare for audits.

The Operations Assembly Specialist leads the assembly process improvements, resolves work stoppages, and drives cross-functional collaboration to enhance production efficiency and quality.
