Manage an assigned Los Angeles and Orange County territory, retain and grow customer relationships, acquire new accounts, and achieve sales goals. Conduct frequent customer field visits, provide technical assistance and product education for industrial equipment, resolve customer issues, and collaborate with internal and factory teams. Report sales activity, market trends, customer feedback, forecasts, and progress toward territory objectives while complying with driver, safety, insurance, and background-screening requirements.

Prospect for new customers, manage existing accounts, and grow sales of Bray valves, actuators, and control products within an assigned territory. Visit customer sites to assess needs, recommend flow-control solutions, meet sales targets, build technical product knowledge, and represent the company at industry events. The field-based role requires independent territory management, approximately 25% overnight travel, a valid driver’s license, clean driving record, auto insurance, and residence in the Seattle area.

Processes customer orders from entry through delivery, verifies and files order documentation, coordinates expedited shipping and backordered items, manages invoices and shipping records, enters RMA/GRN information, responds to customer documentation requests, scans records for digital storage, and provides receptionist backup. The role requires administrative experience, warehouse or manufacturing familiarity, strong organization, communication, time management, and proficiency with Outlook and Excel.
