Create and maintain production schedules using ERP/MRP (Infor LN), monitor and adjust to meet on-time delivery goals, analyze data with Excel and Power BI, coordinate with sales/procurement/production, resolve scheduling conflicts, and reduce obsolete/excess material.

Serve as primary contact for customers, deliver service and support, process orders, provide technical information, and resolve issues efficiently.

Lead design, development, testing, and commissioning of industrial control systems (heat tracing, pump control, valve automation). Provide technical leadership, mentor engineers, configure PLC/DCS/SCADA/HMI, perform FATs/site commissioning, design control panels, troubleshoot systems, manage project schedules/budgets, and maintain client relationships.
