Support outside sales by providing technical solutions for customers, managing specifications, preparing quotes, processing large orders, handling technical inquiries, maintaining account relationships, and ensuring accurate documentation and timely communication across internal teams and distributors.

Create and maintain production schedules using ERP/MRP (Infor LN), monitor and adjust to meet on-time delivery goals, analyze data with Excel and Power BI, coordinate with sales/procurement/production, resolve scheduling conflicts, and reduce obsolete/excess material.

Serve as primary contact for customers, deliver service and support, process orders, provide technical information, and resolve issues efficiently.
