Develop and optimize Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions, including data extensions, automations, journeys, email templates, audience segmentation, and personalization. Build integrations using APIs and Salesforce ecosystem tools, troubleshoot campaign performance, ensure GDPR and CAN-SPAM compliance, document configurations, and provide technical guidance to marketing teams.

Designs and implements Salesforce solutions aligned with client business requirements. Own complex D365 Finance and Operations production incidents, perform root cause analysis, implement permanent fixes, and provide architectural guidance. Design and review X++ customizations, extensions, integrations, data entities, APIs, and integration architecture. Optimize performance, lead releases and deployments, establish support standards, engage Microsoft Support, and provide technical leadership to L1 and L2 teams.

Design, develop, deploy, and optimize scalable machine learning solutions focused on predictive analytics and deep learning. Process large datasets using Databricks and Python, build and fine-tune PyTorch models, and develop ReactJS interfaces for AI applications. Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and product managers, evaluate experiments, maintain robust codebases, and document models and results. Preferred experience includes NLP, computer vision, reinforcement learning, MLOps, cloud platforms, and containerization.

Generate leads and set appointments through international outbound cold calling, email campaigns, client research, and targeted database development. Identify decision-makers in corporate learning and development organizations, conduct regular follow-ups, and schedule meetings for the business development team. The role requires meeting performance targets, maintaining strong communication, and working independently while collaborating with the sales team.
