Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Salesforce Team Lead, Salesforce Developer, or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in Salesforce development, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs.
- Experience with Salesforce administration, including configuration, customization, and user management.
- Familiarity with Salesforce integration tools and techniques.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Platform Developer) are highly desirable.
Skills:
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and other Salesforce products.
- Understanding of data migration, data integration, and ETL processes.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools for Salesforce development.
- Experience with third-party applications and AppExchange products.
