Responsibilities include SEO, PPC advertising, social media management, content and email marketing, analytics, reporting, and lead generation. The role uses Google Analytics, Google Ads, HubSpot, and SEMrush to optimize campaigns, improve ROI, grow brand presence, nurture prospects, and support sales conversion efforts.

Provides L3 escalation support for NetSuite production environments, resolving complex functional and technical incidents, performing root cause analysis, optimizing workflows and integrations, supporting upgrades and releases, and implementing minor SuiteScript customizations. The role troubleshoots APIs and middleware, ensures SLA adherence, documents solutions, mentors L1/L2 engineers, and collaborates with US-based clients and global teams.

Lead end-to-end technology projects from initiation through closure, managing scope, schedules, budgets, risks, resources, and dependencies. Serve as the primary client and stakeholder contact while coordinating developers, consultants, and QA teams. Facilitate Agile and Waterfall delivery, including Scrum ceremonies, sprint planning, and retrospectives. Improve delivery processes and provide status reports, dashboards, risk logs, and project documentation.
