Provide comprehensive pediatric cardiac care including diagnosis and management of congenital and acquired heart disease, interpret imaging and rhythm studies, participate in catheterizations if credentialed, coordinate multidisciplinary perioperative care, counsel families, document care, and engage in teaching and quality-improvement activities following hospital and DOH standards.

Designs and delivers leadership development strategy and programs across levels, partners with senior leaders and HR, conducts needs assessments, implements coaching and mentoring, measures outcomes, and contributes to academic teaching and research in leadership development.

Provide pediatric ophthalmology clinical care, supervise junior staff, manage admissions and procedures, participate in multidisciplinary care and departmental governance, ensure documentation and investigation review, assist division leadership with scheduling, recruitment and administrative duties, and comply with hospital policies and best-practice standards.

Provide consultant-level diagnosis and management of pediatric cardiac arrhythmias, perform electrophysiology studies and catheter ablations, lead arrhythmia care, collaborate with cardiology and surgery teams, supervise junior physicians, and participate in multidisciplinary care and departmental governance.

Diagnose and manage pediatric brain tumors, provide advanced oncologic care including chemotherapy, lead multidisciplinary treatment planning, collaborate with neurosurgery/radiology/radiation oncology, participate in tumor boards, and provide leadership within the paediatric oncology team while adhering to departmental policies.

Provide consultant-level pediatric ENT care including diagnosis, surgery, ward rounds, oversight of junior staff, multidisciplinary coordination, documentation, patient consent and preparation, and participation in departmental management, scheduling, peer review, and recruitment activities in a JCI-style hospital setting.

Provide comprehensive pediatric otology care including evaluation, diagnosis, individualized treatment plans, and a full range of otologic surgeries (e.g., cochlear implants, tympanoplasty, mastoidectomy). Deliver pre/post-operative care, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, teach/mentor trainees, and participate in research and academic activities.

Provide consultant-level pediatric craniofacial surgical care, independently managing complex craniosynostosis, craniofacial reconstruction, cleft and syndromic cases. Lead pre/post-operative planning, MDTs, teaching, research, audits, and ensure DOH PQR compliance. Mentor juniors and provide expert consultations.

Monitor and evaluate clinical quality standards, ensure regulatory and accreditation compliance, conduct audits, support quality improvement initiatives, analyze performance data, prepare quality reports, and collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to enhance patient care.

Provide consultant-level pediatric plastic and reconstructive surgery care including cleft repair, congenital anomaly correction, burns/scar reconstruction, soft tissue and facial trauma management. Perform pre-op, operative, and post-op care, emergency on-call duties, multidisciplinary collaboration, supervise juniors, participate in teaching, audits, and quality improvement while adhering to DOH and hospital governance.

Lead development and execution of HSE compliance programs for large infrastructure and energy projects in the UAE. Oversee risk assessments, audits, incident investigations, regulatory liaison, training, and continuous improvement to ensure alignment with UAE laws and international standards.

Provide clinical genetic counselling to individuals, couples, and families: assess pedigrees and medical histories, coordinate and interpret genetic tests, explain results, support coping and decision-making, maintain records, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and participate in public education and research.
