Configure and troubleshoot Cisco networking and Palo Alto firewalls, manage Windows Server/Active Directory and virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V), support PMS/POS/guest technologies, oversee backup and DR, lead upgrades and projects, provide L3 support, and mentor junior staff while ensuring security and compliance.

Perform pelvic and transvaginal ultrasounds for fertility, gynecology, and early pregnancy care, including baseline, follicular monitoring and Doppler scans. Assist physicians with diagnostic and minimally invasive procedures, maintain imaging records and equipment, educate patients, and support multidisciplinary fertility treatment cycles while adhering to clinical quality and safety standards.

Coordinate end-to-end preparation, on-site delivery, and logistics for educational and community programmes and events. Arabic and strong English required.

Perform comprehensive orthoptic assessments and visual function testing to diagnose and manage eye movement and binocular vision disorders. Develop and deliver individualized treatment and rehabilitation plans, support pediatric and special-needs vision care, educate families, collaborate with ophthalmologists for pre/post-procedure care, and maintain accurate clinical documentation in a hospital or clinic setting.

Lead BIM strategy, develop and enforce BIM Execution Plans, manage BIM teams, perform clash detection and model reviews, ensure constructability and client compliance, maintain BIM software infrastructure, and coordinate interdisciplinary data exchange and reporting to deliver large engineering and construction projects.

Provide consultant-level community paediatric care for children with developmental, neurodisability, safeguarding, and complex health needs. Deliver clinics, multidisciplinary assessments, care planning, and participate in MDTs, safeguarding reviews, audits, service development, teaching, and on-call/advisory rotas while working with families, education, social care, and allied professionals.

Provide consultant-level care across hyper-acute, acute, and rehabilitation stroke pathways; lead thrombolysis and acute stroke management, run clinics, participate in on-call rotas, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, contribute to service development, audit, governance, and provide supervision and teaching to junior staff.

Map, design, and improve end-to-end customer journeys and service blueprints. Lead workshops, co-design solutions, and develop service/process specifications. Collaborate with digital/UI teams and use research and VoC insights to guide CX improvements.

Provide consultant-level inpatient and outpatient gastroenterology and hepatobiliary care, perform diagnostic and therapeutic endoscopy (JAG standards), participate in MDTs and on-call rotas, support service development, audit, quality improvement, governance, and teach/supervise trainees.

Design and maintain a corporate governance framework aligned with UAE regulations, manage Board and committee processes, advise on governance and ESG, draft policies and disclosures, coordinate evaluations, liaise with regulators and auditors, and deliver governance training to executives.

Develop and manage omnichannel standards and guidelines to ensure consistent information, tone, and customer journeys across digital, call center, branches, and field services. Design cross-channel handoffs, review customer-facing content for inconsistencies, and collaborate with digital, IT, and operations teams to improve channel integration and overall channel strategy.

Provide consultant-level inpatient and outpatient haematology care for malignant and non-malignant conditions; participate in MDTs, chemotherapy planning, transfusion services, on-call cover, clinical governance, service development, audit, quality improvement, and teaching/mentoring of junior staff.

Provide comprehensive pediatric cardiac care including diagnosis and management of congenital and acquired heart disease, interpret imaging and rhythm studies, participate in catheterizations if credentialed, coordinate multidisciplinary perioperative care, counsel families, document care, and engage in teaching and quality-improvement activities following hospital and DOH standards.

Designs and delivers leadership development strategy and programs across levels, partners with senior leaders and HR, conducts needs assessments, implements coaching and mentoring, measures outcomes, and contributes to academic teaching and research in leadership development.

Provide pediatric ophthalmology clinical care, supervise junior staff, manage admissions and procedures, participate in multidisciplinary care and departmental governance, ensure documentation and investigation review, assist division leadership with scheduling, recruitment and administrative duties, and comply with hospital policies and best-practice standards.
