Provide advanced pediatric ENT medical and surgical care, including complex airway, otology, sleep and congenital disorders; perform procedures, provide on-call emergency consultation, collaborate in multidisciplinary teams, supervise junior staff, maintain outcomes, participate in governance, teaching, audit, research and ensure regulatory-compliant documentation and safety.

Lead and grow a gymnastics programme: coach classes, manage enrolment, revenue, timetables and staff; ensure safeguarding, coaching quality, athlete development, events, budgets and stakeholder relationships.

Provide subspecialist diagnostic imaging and consultation for neonatal, pediatric and adolescent patients. Interpret radiographs, ultrasound, CT, MRI and fluoroscopy; optimize protocols to minimize radiation and sedation; provide urgent reporting and multidisciplinary support; perform image-guided procedures if privileged; lead peer review, radiation protection, teaching, audit and pathway development; supervise junior staff, participate in clinical governance and maintain accurate documentation and compliance.
