Build and lead the Customer Success function for enterprise managed IT services clients. Own customer lifecycle, adoption, health scoring, renewals, retention, value realization, escalations, service reviews, and expansion opportunities. Coordinate Sales, Service Delivery, Finance, GRC, Operations, and Project Delivery while monitoring CSAT, NPS, SLA performance, ITSM KPIs, and customer risks. Establish quality standards and support the growth of the Customer Success team.

Develops and manages detailed production plans for bespoke furniture, joinery, upholstery, and metal fabrication. Converts orders, drawings, BOQs, materials, capacity, manpower, and deadlines into machine-level schedules. Monitors WIP, output, bottlenecks, material readiness, KPIs, and dispatch status while coordinating with technical, procurement, production, quality, projects, and logistics teams. Re-sequences work to address revisions, shortages, breakdowns, and urgent deliveries, ensuring efficient resource utilization and on-time completion.

The General Accountant will manage daily accounting transactions, including payables, receivables, invoices, payments, expenses, reconciliations, and financial records. The role supports monthly closing, basic reporting, budgeting, cash-flow monitoring, VAT documentation, and UAE compliance. Responsibilities also include coordinating with banks, suppliers, customers, and management while maintaining accurate documentation and independently handling accounting and administrative tasks.
