Support accounts receivable and payable tasks including invoicing, bank deposit recording, ERP posting, reconciliation of vendor and creditor records, processing staff and medical claims, preparing payment vouchers, document filing, and maintaining ISO quality compliance. Design, develop, and maintain Microsoft Power Platform solutions (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI). Gather requirements, implement integrations with SharePoint/Dynamics/Microsoft 365 and third-party APIs, ensure security and governance, create documentation, and provide ongoing support and enhancements.

Provide front-desk reception, clerical and administrative support including data entry, filing, scheduling, office coordination, pantry management, basic event setup, and assisting staff with onboarding and office logistics. Maintain office supplies, equipment inventory, and ensure smooth daily operations.

Create on-brand visual designs and graphics for digital and print channels (social, email, web, print). Collaborate with marketing and cross-functional teams, manage multiple projects and vendors, ensure brand compliance, recommend new design technologies, and deliver high-quality, timely assets.

Develop responsive front-end UIs with TypeScript/React/React Native; implement backend logic and REST APIs; design and optimize database schemas (MySQL/Postgres/MSSQL); manage Linux server environments using Docker and Kubernetes; work with designers to build styled components; ensure cross-browser compatibility, microservices deployment, versioning, and documentation.
