Leads end-to-end supply chain strategy and operations, including demand and supply planning, procurement, logistics, distribution, inventory, supplier management, trade compliance, and process improvement. Oversees ERP and digital capabilities, KPI performance, risk mitigation, audit readiness, recall traceability, and working-capital optimization. Builds resilient supplier networks, drives cost reduction, and leads and develops the supply chain team while partnering with commercial, finance, quality, regulatory, operations, and external stakeholders.

Manage the full sales cycle within an assigned territory, including lead generation, prospecting, presentations, negotiations, closing, customer relationship management, market research, competitor monitoring, and sales activity reporting. Execute direct marketing initiatives, provide product recommendations, maintain qualified lead databases, and achieve assigned sales targets while supporting company marketing plans and maintaining professional customer relationships.

Lead and optimize digital marketing strategy across channels, markets, and business units. Plan campaigns supporting brand visibility, engagement, lead generation, and revenue growth using content marketing, SEM, email, webinars, and other digital tactics. Analyze performance through dashboards and KPIs, optimize campaigns, maintain digital content, coordinate stakeholders and external partners, and provide data-driven recommendations to improve audience reach and commercial outcomes.

Provide on-site and remote IT support: install and configure computer systems, troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues, track and manage work records, compile job reports, and respond to internal staff requests.

Design, develop, test, and maintain full‑stack web and mobile applications using modern frameworks. Integrate with RESTful APIs and third‑party services, collaborate with UX and cross‑functional teams, use CI/CD and version control, productionize AI-generated prototypes, build AI POCs, debug and optimize performance, write documentation, lead code reviews, and mentor junior developers.

Lead the groups digital marketing strategy, execute and optimize campaigns to drive engagement and revenue, build performance dashboards, support stakeholders (webinars, content), develop targeted programs to convert prospects to sales, maintain digital content, and create a stakeholder knowledge base.

Provide executive and operational support to group directors: coordinate meetings and travel, track action items, manage records and vendor paperwork, create and follow task tickets, compile updates and presentations, support cross-department projects (CRM, training, software evaluations), run market research, improve processes and digitize workflows, maintain knowledge base and event calendars, and evaluate AI/software tools to boost efficiency.

Manage purchasing, vendor coordination, inventory value and operating expenses. Create and follow up purchase orders, maintain vendor relationships, forecast procurement needs, analyse transactional data, and support process improvements and vendor evaluations.

Develop, deploy, configure, test, and support software integrations for LIS and other healthcare IT systems and lab instruments. Improve integration processes, maintain documentation, assist customers with deployments, and perform troubleshooting; travel as needed.

Support accounts receivable and payable tasks including invoicing, bank deposit recording, ERP posting, reconciliation of vendor and creditor records, processing staff and medical claims, preparing payment vouchers, document filing, and maintaining ISO quality compliance. Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Sell FENO respiratory test products to hospitals and clinics; build relationships with respiratory KOLs and pharma partners; manage product, stock, and principal communications; organize CMEs, events, and roadshows; report to Sales Director and Marketing Respiratory (Malaysia).

Create on-brand visual designs and graphics for digital and print channels (social, email, web, print). Collaborate with marketing and cross-functional teams, manage multiple projects and vendors, ensure brand compliance, recommend new design technologies, and deliver high-quality, timely assets.

Develop responsive front-end UIs with TypeScript/React/React Native; implement backend logic and REST APIs; design and optimize database schemas (MySQL/Postgres/MSSQL); manage Linux server environments using Docker and Kubernetes; work with designers to build styled components; ensure cross-browser compatibility, microservices deployment, versioning, and documentation.

Support and maintain company infrastructure (servers, networks, cloud) and Microsoft 365 suite. Assist in planning and implementing infrastructure projects, provide technical support, monitor performance, maintain M365 security/compliance, support ERP/CRM issues, and educate end-users on M365 features.

Design, develop, test and maintain Android and/or iOS mobile apps using cross-platform frameworks. Integrate RESTful APIs, collaborate with UX/UI and backend teams, implement features, manage releases, and produce technical documentation while ensuring performance and quality.

Provide front-desk reception, clerical and administrative support including data entry, filing, scheduling, office coordination, pantry management, basic event setup, and assisting staff with onboarding and office logistics. Maintain office supplies, equipment inventory, and ensure smooth daily operations.

Design, build, and maintain scalable BI solutions (data models, dashboards, reports). Analyze complex datasets, ensure data quality/governance, optimize BI solutions, document architectures, and train/support end users while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Design, develop, and maintain Microsoft Power Platform solutions (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI). Gather requirements, implement integrations with SharePoint/Dynamics/Microsoft 365 and third-party APIs, ensure security and governance, create documentation, and provide ongoing support and enhancements.
