Provide on-site and remote IT support: install and configure computer systems, troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues, track and manage work records, compile job reports, and respond to internal staff requests.

Design, develop, test, and maintain full‑stack web and mobile applications using modern frameworks. Sell life-science products within an assigned territory in Malaysia: generate leads, close sales, grow business with academic and industry clients, forecast and report sales, monitor competitors and market trends, collaborate cross-functionally, and maintain customer relationships to meet/exceed targets.

Provide executive and operational support to group directors: coordinate meetings and travel, track action items, manage records and vendor paperwork, create and follow task tickets, compile updates and presentations, support cross-department projects (CRM, training, software evaluations), run market research, improve processes and digitize workflows, maintain knowledge base and event calendars, and evaluate AI/software tools to boost efficiency.

Manage purchasing, vendor coordination, inventory value and operating expenses. Create and follow up purchase orders, maintain vendor relationships, forecast procurement needs, analyse transactional data, and support process improvements and vendor evaluations.

Develop, deploy, configure, test, and support software integrations for LIS and other healthcare IT systems and lab instruments. Improve integration processes, maintain documentation, assist customers with deployments, and perform troubleshooting; travel as needed.

Drive growth of the Life Science product portfolio by managing the full sales cycle in an assigned territory. Manage and grow customer accounts, perform technical product presentations and demonstrations, identify new business opportunities, and support product launches. Collaborate with internal teams, monitor market trends, and ensure customer satisfaction. Willingness to travel and own transportation required.

Sell FENO respiratory test products to hospitals and clinics; build relationships with respiratory KOLs and pharma partners; manage product, stock, and principal communications; organize CMEs, events, and roadshows; report to Sales Director and Marketing Respiratory (Malaysia).

Develop responsive front-end UIs with TypeScript/React/React Native; implement backend logic and REST APIs; design and optimize database schemas (MySQL/Postgres/MSSQL); manage Linux server environments using Docker and Kubernetes; work with designers to build styled components; ensure cross-browser compatibility, microservices deployment, versioning, and documentation.

Create on-brand visual designs and graphics for digital and print channels (social, email, web, print). Collaborate with marketing and cross-functional teams, manage multiple projects and vendors, ensure brand compliance, recommend new design technologies, and deliver high-quality, timely assets.

Track regional regulatory landscapes and independently manage pre-market registrations, change notifications, special authorizations, and post-market reporting. Ensure advertising and labeling compliance, maintain authority-specific submissions, perform internal RA audits, support external and supplier audits, update ERP and regulatory databases, and contribute to regulatory projects and process improvements across Southeast Asia.

Support and maintain company infrastructure (servers, networks, cloud) and Microsoft 365 suite. Assist in planning and implementing infrastructure projects, provide technical support, monitor performance, maintain M365 security/compliance, support ERP/CRM issues, and educate end-users on M365 features.

Design, develop, test and maintain Android and/or iOS mobile apps using cross-platform frameworks. Integrate RESTful APIs, collaborate with UX/UI and backend teams, implement features, manage releases, and produce technical documentation while ensuring performance and quality.

Provide front-desk reception, clerical and administrative support including data entry, filing, scheduling, office coordination, pantry management, basic event setup, and assisting staff with onboarding and office logistics. Maintain office supplies, equipment inventory, and ensure smooth daily operations.

Design, develop, and maintain Microsoft Power Platform solutions (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI). Gather requirements, implement integrations with SharePoint/Dynamics/Microsoft 365 and third-party APIs, ensure security and governance, create documentation, and provide ongoing support and enhancements.
