Manages end-to-end recruitment, employee services, benefits administration, reporting, people analytics, process improvement, and operational coordination across Malaysia and regional markets. Supervises and develops team members, maintains process continuity, assesses risks, manages stakeholders and vendors, and provides insights and recommendations to leadership. Supports HR transformation through workflow design, automation, AI-assisted processes, and improved controls.

Leads group-wide talent management and people strategy, including workforce planning, organizational capability, performance and rewards governance, succession, employee relations, people analytics, and HR transformation. Advises senior management, oversees governance and compliance, develops team capability, manages workforce risks, and sponsors digital, automation, and AI-enabled improvements across regional or multi-country operations.

Leads end-to-end supply chain strategy and operations, including demand and supply planning, procurement, logistics, distribution, inventory, supplier management, trade compliance, and process improvement. Oversees ERP and digital capabilities, KPI performance, risk mitigation, audit readiness, recall traceability, and working-capital optimization. Builds resilient supplier networks, drives cost reduction, and leads and develops the supply chain team while partnering with commercial, finance, quality, regulatory, operations, and external stakeholders.
