Provide on-site and remote IT support: install and configure computer systems, troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues, track and manage work records, compile job reports, and respond to internal staff requests.

Design, develop, test, and maintain full‑stack web and mobile applications using modern frameworks. Integrate with RESTful APIs and third‑party services, collaborate with UX and cross‑functional teams, use CI/CD and version control, productionize AI-generated prototypes, build AI POCs, debug and optimize performance, write documentation, lead code reviews, and mentor junior developers.

Provide scientific and technical pre- and post-sales support for medical products, plan and deliver education/training programs, develop training materials, troubleshoot and resolve issues, support major breakdowns, handle ISO documentation and reporting, and improve customer competency and satisfaction.
