Founding Brand Designer will own Vector's visual identity and all external touchpoints: website, decks, social, email, case studies. Design brand system, build Figma assets, write copy, run social and email, and produce client-facing collateral. Start hands-on and scale the function as the company grows, reporting to the Founder & CEO.

Design and build the commercial engine: CRM architecture, pipeline structure, and reporting. Validate ICPs, map TAM and cohorts, run outreach and conversion tracking, create sales enablement content, and establish a repeatable post-sale motion to scale revenue operations.

Lead product strategy and execution for a full-stack AI infrastructure platform: define offerings, pricing, and roadmap; take technical ownership across compute, data, agent runtime, and model serving; align build-and-sell motion; hire and lead product and engineering teams; and represent the product to enterprise buyers while sequencing compliance for regulated customers.

Own and run the companys operating rhythm end-to-end: cadence meetings, weekly pulse, decision log, and cross-workstream coordination. Remove coordination burden from founders, hold stakeholders accountable, run quarterly planning, onboard hires, and manage direct reports (Commercial Associate). Clear path to VP Operations/COO as company scales.
