Remove coordination burden from founders, hold stakeholders accountable, run quarterly planning, onboard hires, and manage direct reports (Commercial Associate). Clear path to VP Operations/COO as company scales.

Make outbound calls from a provided list to book qualified meetings. Follow on-screen prompts and live coaching, bring energy and personality, log bookings, and work flexible remote hours on a commission-only basis.

Design brand system, build Figma assets, write copy, run social and email, and produce client-facing collateral.
