Founding Brand Designer will own Vector's visual identity and all external touchpoints: website, decks, social, email, case studies. Design brand system, build Figma assets, write copy, run social and email, and produce client-facing collateral. Start hands-on and scale the function as the company grows, reporting to the Founder & CEO.

Lead end-to-end deployment of applied AI for mid-market and enterprise leaders: run a three-day Accelerator, translate P&L context into 90-day plans, build and operate AI tooling and agent setups, author the deployment playbook, and scale a repeatable strategist-led delivery model that produces measurable, shipped business outcomes.

Design and build the commercial engine: CRM architecture, pipeline structure, and reporting. Validate ICPs, map TAM and cohorts, run outreach and conversion tracking, create sales enablement content, and establish a repeatable post-sale motion to scale revenue operations.
