Collaborate with writers, attorneys, developers, and marketing leaders while staying current on search trends and legal advertising requirements.

Assist attorneys with personal injury cases by managing client communication, document preparation, gathering evidence, and following up on settlement agreements.

Manage and optimize VoIP, CCaaS, and contact center platforms. Ensure compliance with regulations and maintain high-quality voice operations. Collaborate cross-functionally to achieve business goals.

Support personal injury cases by opening and managing auto insurance claims, verifying coverage and liability, coordinating property damage inspections and repairs, communicating with adjusters, documenting claim activity, and maintaining organized case files and records using case management systems.
