Responsibilities:
- Provide support to attorneys in all aspects of personal injury cases, including client communication, document preparation, and case management.
- Gather relevant documentation, such as medical records, police reports, and witness statements.
- Review medical liens and outstanding bills related to personal injury cases.
- Assist with the preparation of medical payments, demands, and settlement checks.
- Communicate with clients to obtain necessary information and documents related to their cases.
Qualifications:
- Must be fluent in Spanish.
- Associate or bachelor’s degree equivalent is preferred.
- 1+ years of experience as a legal assistant or case manager assistant.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal research software.
- Professional demeanor, excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle a high volume of cases.
