Lead and execute CRO across the full digital lead journey—landing pages, forms, chat, and calls. Build prioritized testing roadmaps, run A/B and UX experiments, analyze behavior with analytics and call tracking tools, identify friction, collaborate with developers and marketers, and report on conversion, lead quality, and cost-per-signed-case improvements.

Provide first-level IT support in person, by phone, and remotely. Set up and maintain workstations, printers, and software; assist with onboarding/offboarding, password resets, VoIP coordination, inventory, documentation, and escalate complex issues.

Serve as the front-line Intake receptionist for a personal injury law firm: answer and direct calls, manage deliveries, maintain office inventory and cleanliness, perform routine administrative tasks (printing, scanning, mailing), upload and file documents, and coordinate office maintenance while communicating with management.
