Supervise outbound referrals from the intake department, evaluate potential personal injury cases, coordinate placements with external attorneys and firms, maintain referral relationships, track outcomes and performance metrics, improve workflows, establish procedures, and ensure compliance with legal ethics, advertising, and fee-sharing regulations.

Provides front-desk reception and administrative support while handling entry-level IT duties, including workstation deployment, peripheral setup, basic physical troubleshooting, equipment inventory, cable organization, and escalation of advanced issues to internal IT or an MSP. Requires bilingual English and Spanish communication, professionalism, organization, customer service skills, and comfort with common computer hardware and office technology. This is a full-time, on-site role in Phoenix.

Develop and execute traditional and AI-search SEO strategies to increase organic visibility, local presence, qualified leads, and signed cases. Responsibilities include technical, on-page, off-page, local, and content optimization; keyword and entity research; structured data implementation; backlink and competitor analysis; AI citation monitoring; performance reporting; and resolving crawlability, indexing, speed, and Core Web Vitals issues. Collaborate with writers, attorneys, developers, and marketing leaders while staying current on search trends and legal advertising requirements.
