Leads the Client Relationship Manager team supporting internal and external insurance clients across asset classes. Conduct market and competitor analysis, assess feasibility, ensure regulatory compliance (especially Japan), manage fund launches, changes and lifecycle, and drive cross-border stakeholder engagement to build a commercially scalable regional product shelf.

Lead execution of EMEA institutional sales strategy for Benelux and Nordics, growing assets and revenue. Build and maintain relationships with pension funds, insurers and institutional clients, support pitches and events, represent client needs to product teams, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver bespoke sustainable investment solutions.

Senior leadership role accountable for delivering technology, data and analytics across the investment lifecycle. Owns data platforms, data engineering, analytics enablement and enterprise prioritisation, governance and value realisation to enhance investment decision-making, client engagement and commercial growth within a regulated financial services environment.
