Hands-on full-stack engineer to design, build, integrate, and operate server-side components of the Unify Analytics Platform. Responsibilities include API design, database structure optimization, unit and integration tests, legacy code refactoring, security implementation, debugging production issues, and cross-functional collaboration to meet functional and non-functional requirements.

Design, build, integrate, and operate full-stack software for a Supervisory Control Platform. Develop frontend/operator UIs, backend services/APIs, and integrate Computer Vision pipelines. Ensure production readiness across cloud and on-prem systems, own quality, observability, and mentor engineers.

Validate and verify Supervisory Control Platform software with emphasis on Computer Vision applications. Act as primary customer contact to ensure successful onboarding, adoption, and ongoing health of AutoStore systems. Monitor performance, analyze data to recommend optimizations, run strategic reviews, support technical troubleshooting, drive upsell opportunities, maintain high NPS, and advocate customer needs internally.

Lead investigations and resolution of product and service non-conformances at customer sites using structured problem-solving (8D, 5 Why, FMEA). Coordinate corrective and preventive actions, analyze quality/operational data to identify trends, apply Lean/TPS/Six Sigma for continuous improvement, and collaborate cross-functionally to implement practical, timely solutions.
