Responsibilities include advising customers and partners on refrigeration and frozen warehouse applications, supporting sales and implementation, conducting training and site visits, assisting commissioning, analyzing field performance, troubleshooting issues, developing technical documentation, and coordinating product improvements with multidisciplinary engineering and commercial teams.

Design and support integration of robotic piece-picking systems for partners and customers. Performs or guides FEA, fatigue, tolerance, vibration, dynamics, reliability, and root-cause analysis. Partners cross-functionally with electrical, software, controls, manufacturing, and systems teams while driving manufacturability, serviceability, cost, and product reliability.

Lead structural, dynamic, fatigue, and multibody simulations for robotic warehouse automation hardware. Partner with design and test engineers to guide designs, validate models against physical data, optimize performance, and support products through prototyping and production. Perform CAD design, DFM/DFA, tolerance and materials analysis, and compliance support. Automate simulation workflows, document reusable methods, communicate uncertainty, and mentor a graduate mechanical engineer.

Design, develop, test, secure, and operate software for automated storage and fulfillment systems. Build networked services and integrations, configure secure connectivity, deploy containerized applications, maintain CI/CD pipelines, and troubleshoot complex software and infrastructure issues. Provide technical leadership through architecture and code reviews, mentoring, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration with hardware, firmware, QA, and product teams. Domestic and international travel is required as needed.

Owns AutoStore’s technology partnership program, including partner landscape mapping, capability-gap assessment, strategic selection, governance, commercial modeling, contract negotiation, executive recommendations, and launch execution. Builds relationships with technology-company CEOs and founders, coordinates Product, Engineering, Legal, Sales, and Finance teams, and monitors partner performance, development milestones, revenue, ROI, and strategic impact. The role focuses on hardware and software partnerships supporting warehouse automation and product expansion.

Develop physics-based robotics simulations, digital twins, software- and hardware-in-the-loop test benches, regression tests, scenario-generation methods, and synthetic data workflows. Build tools that enable engineers to run simulations and parameter sweeps, compare virtual models with real-world data, and evaluate robotics and Physical AI systems. Collaborate across mechanical, electrical, controls, software, and AI engineering teams to improve simulation fidelity and identify failure modes.

Leads electronics and PCBA development from architecture and schematic design through validation, compliance, NPI, and production. Owns hardware architecture, component strategy, signal and power integrity, EMC and safety certification, DFM/DFT, production testing, root-cause analysis, and manufacturing partnerships. Collaborates with firmware teams on embedded controls and fault handling while mentoring engineers and delivering reliable, high-volume electronics for robotic platforms.

Build and maintain reliable, scalable, observable software systems supporting 24/7 warehouse automation. Responsibilities include designing complex solutions, developing public APIs, troubleshooting performance issues, conducting code reviews, documenting systems, mentoring engineers, collaborating on cloud architecture and deployments, and establishing service-level objectives and indicators.

Design, develop, and integrate embedded electronics and firmware for robotics/IoT/vision products. Collaborate with product management and cross-functional teams to evaluate feasibility, select hardware, write firmware for resource-constrained devices, create unit tests, and bring concepts to commercial launch while developing IP and partnering with technology vendors.

Leads worldwide sales transformation through strategic planning, revenue intelligence, fiscal and capacity planning, AI-enabled workflow modernization, and cross-functional execution. The role partners with senior commercial leaders to identify growth opportunities, improve productivity, guide investments, establish governance, and translate data-driven insights into measurable business outcomes.

Own electronics product development from architecture and schematic design through certification, pilot builds, and high-volume production. Lead PCBA design, EMC and safety compliance, signal and power integrity, thermal performance, production testing, root-cause analysis, and EMS collaboration. Provides technical troubleshooting and assistance to AutoStore partners, handling incidents, warranty, spare parts, delivery quality, and robot repair cases. Delivers on-site support, trade show assistance, partner training, and knowledge-base content. Collaborates with Sales and R&D, maintains support KPIs, builds stakeholder relationships, and participates in weekend shifts and on-call rotations. Requires regular travel and the ability to understand complex automated fulfillment systems.

Ensure product safety and regulatory compliance across R&D lifecycle for complex electromechanical and automated systems. Lead risk assessments and safety analyses, embed safety principles into system architecture and design, guide engineering teams, and work with external labs, notified bodies, and authorities to secure certifications and global market access.

Provide technical assistance and on-site support to partners for AutoStore systems, troubleshoot incidents and robot repairs, contribute to knowledge base and trainings, meet KPIs, work weekend shifts and join an on-call rotation, and travel ~10-20%.

Lead architecture and ownership of middleware and hybrid cloud–on‑prem connectivity for the CubeVerse platform. Define APIs, messaging, integration contracts, data flows, performance expectations, fault isolation, and scalable coordination patterns. Mentor engineers, own architecture decisions, and ensure secure, observable, and maintainable platform designs for warehouse automation and orchestration.
