Leads a 40+ person multidisciplinary engineering organization responsible for new product development and project execution. Manages engineering personnel while directing hardware solutions from concept through delivery, partnering with Product Management to meet customer needs, timelines, budgets, and system requirements. Collaborate with US validation partners, customers, and internal teams; use tools like PowerBI and Databricks for diagnostics and monitoring. Travel regularly to customer sites and Norwegian offices to ensure successful deployments and minimal downtime.

Lead the transformation of Sales Support into a scalable, data-driven, AI-enabled capability. Modernize workflows, service models, and performance visibility while identifying practical AI and automation use cases. Shape commercial acceleration initiatives across customers, partners, and installed-base opportunities, creating repeatable playbooks and measurable execution plans. Influence stakeholders across Sales, Operations, IT, Data, Product, Finance, Supply Chain, and regional teams while driving adoption, accountability, and cross-functional execution.

Owns sales orders from purchase order intake through validation, booking, and warehouse release. Reviews documentation, resolves discrepancies, coordinates with Sales, Finance, Purchasing, Production, Operations, and Logistics, and supports delivery and invoicing. Identifies process bottlenecks, improves data quality, contributes to automation and AI-enabled workflows, manages complex exceptions, and coaches colleagues on booking processes and systems.

Build and deploy production AI systems, including LLM agents, retrieval and API integrations, cloud-based model operations, optimization algorithms, and time-series forecasting. Apply machine learning to robot fleet routing, coordination, operational telemetry, anomaly detection, and predictive analytics. Partner cross-functionally as an AI subject matter expert while ensuring reliability, scalability, cost efficiency, and performance when models interact with physical systems and hardware.

Requires regular travel and the ability to understand complex automated fulfillment systems.

Serve as the technical liaison to partner organizations, ensuring successful implementation, adoption, and ongoing satisfaction of AutoStore products. As a Senior Software Engineer, you'll design, develop, and maintain software systems for warehouse automation, collaborating with engineering teams to enhance client operations.

Hands-on full-stack engineer to design, build, integrate, and operate server-side components of the Unify Analytics Platform. Responsibilities include API design, database structure optimization, unit and integration tests, legacy code refactoring, security implementation, debugging production issues, and cross-functional collaboration to meet functional and non-functional requirements.

Ensure product safety and regulatory compliance across R&D lifecycle for complex electromechanical and automated systems. Lead risk assessments and safety analyses, embed safety principles into system architecture and design, guide engineering teams, and work with external labs, notified bodies, and authorities to secure certifications and global market access.

Lead roadmap and launch of next-generation robotics and automation products. Drive 0-to-1 discovery, prototyping, pilot, and commercialization. Coordinate cross-functional teams across hardware and software, conduct customer research and market analysis, manage product lifecycle and P&L decisions, and ensure product-market fit, reliability, and scalability for warehouse automation solutions.
