Lead architecture and platform direction across embedded devices, cloud services, and web. Translate product goals into buildable systems, reduce cross-team technical risk, improve test/automation/development processes, champion AI-assisted engineering, and remain hands-on coding when needed.

Lead and build Audinate's Data and Insights function: design data warehouse, modelling layer, and reporting; partner with business leaders to surface insights that drive growth; establish governance, self-service analytics, and a small product-minded analytics team.

Manage and maintain multi-site and cloud infrastructure, collaborate with engineering teams to deliver and improve production systems, implement IaC and CI/CD, monitor and troubleshoot services, document systems, and provide infrastructure support.

Lead end-to-end product management for AV Control & Automation products: define roadmaps, write PRDs/MRDs, author requirements, build business cases, support sales/marketing and tradeshows, monitor financial and quality metrics, and manage OEM/ODM collaboration.

Own and execute regional direct sales strategy to drive OEM adoption of Dante. Develop new accounts, manage existing OEM relationships, forecast, conduct product roadmap discussions, use Salesforce/CPQ, attend trade shows, and travel ~35%.
