Serves as a liaison between Finance and IT by gathering requirements, analyzing business processes, mapping data, documenting solutions, supporting QA/UAT, managing defects, and assisting with financial application enhancements. Leads sales enablement strategy for retail sales, including wholesaler onboarding, role-based learning, product training, career development, and field readiness. Drives adoption of CRM, Allego, Seismic, and AI-enabled analytics while measuring onboarding, skill development, program adoption, and production impact. Partners with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to improve sales effectiveness, develop talent, and lead a high-performing enablement organization.

Supports Insurance Operations by creating and validating reports and dashboards, analyzing data, identifying trends, reviewing data quality, documenting processes, and presenting recommendations. Partners with reporting analysts and business teams to understand requirements and improve operational reporting. The intern also completes an analytical project while developing skills in Tableau, Excel, SQL, data visualization, business intelligence, and AI-enabled reporting tools.

Owns territory sales for Apollo defined contribution private assets and Vitera guaranteed income solutions. Builds relationships with retirement plan advisors, recordkeeper field teams, and consultants; converts platform approvals into local adoption; develops territory plans and pipelines; leads advisor education, events, and presentations; and coordinates joint opportunities with partners and internal specialists. Requires extensive industry relationships, defined contribution expertise, sales leadership, and 70%+ travel.

Supports Operations projects and business and IT initiatives under experienced project managers. Assists with coordinating workstreams, tracking Agile project progress, documenting deliverables, monitoring resources, maintaining roadmaps, preparing governance and steering materials, and supporting stage-gate planning. The intern will also help explore AI-powered tools for project tracking, reporting, and documentation while learning PMO practices and cross-functional project delivery.

The Senior Internal Wholesaler partners with regional distribution leaders to drive sales of defined contribution private assets and guaranteed income products. Responsibilities include developing territory plans, engaging advisors and recordkeeper teams, generating and qualifying leads, conducting virtual meetings, coordinating sales presentations and specialists, advancing pipeline opportunities, maintaining Salesforce records, and supporting field events. The role requires defined contribution sales knowledge, advisor relationship management, FINRA licensing, and up to 20% travel.

Develops and manages predictive marketing models, including propensity, cross-sell, upsell, churn, and attribution models. Oversees data sources, model validation, recalibration, MLOps governance, monitoring, and lifecycle management. Delivers marketing analytics projects, improves workflows, applies emerging AI tools, and communicates data-driven recommendations to nontechnical stakeholders. Supports Athene’s Creative Services team across print, digital, branding, advertising, social, presentation, and merchandise projects. The intern will learn brand standards, prepare files for print, apply accessibility guidelines, proof marketing materials, and gain exposure to video, photography, animation, and marketing automation. The role requires collaboration, visual storytelling, attention to detail, and proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud.

Participate in structured training on annuity products, financial services, internal systems, and sales-support processes. Assist financial professionals, handle inbound calls, answer product and process questions, provide illustrations and marketing resources, join product presentations, and support sales-process improvement projects. The internship also includes professional development, networking, community involvement, and collaboration with other interns.

Supports the Internal Sales Support team through structured training on annuity products, financial services, internal systems, and sales processes. Assists financial professionals and handles inbound calls after training, answers product and process questions, fulfills illustration and marketing-material requests, participates in presentations, and contributes to sales-support projects and process improvements.
