The role involves leading the negotiation and execution of legal agreements related to insurance M&A and reinsurance transactions. It requires providing legal advice, managing transaction workstreams, and coordinating with internal teams and external counsel to support Athene's growth strategy in the life and annuity sector.

Support pricing and execution of flow reinsurance transactions via actuarial modeling, analysis, and diligence. Develop and maintain pricing models and tools, analyze product features and transaction structures, and assess profitability and risk. Collaborate with finance, investments, legal, risk, accounting, and corporate development. Improve model controls, documentation, processes, and automation/AI workflows while monitoring regulatory and industry developments.
