Prepares and analyzes SEC financial statements, footnotes, management reports, and related disclosures. Ensures financial reporting complies with US GAAP, researches SEC and accounting guidance, investigates variances, performs financial statement analytics, and coordinates deadlines with internal stakeholders. The role requires strong analytical and communication skills and may involve public accounting or insurance-industry SEC reporting experience.

Responsible for supporting pricing, underwriting, and structuring for reinsurance transactions; involves model development and pricing framework enhancement.

Leads Internal Wholesalers and Internal Sales leaders to accelerate annuity sales, strengthen financial professional relationships, and improve advisor experience. Responsibilities include coaching and developing teams, executing territory strategies with External Wholesalers, identifying business opportunities, using data and AI-enabled insights to improve effectiveness, optimizing workflows and service levels, managing complex sales and compliance matters, and partnering cross-functionally to drive growth and continuous improvement.
