The Heavy Haul Solutions Specialist prices and quotes oversized, overweight, and specialized freight. Responsibilities include analyzing load specifications, equipment, axle configurations, routes, permits, escorts, and other cost drivers; sourcing carrier rates; responding to spot quotes and RFPs; monitoring pricing performance; collaborating with sales and operations; and identifying compliance, safety, and claims risks. The role uses Excel, pricing platforms, and TMS software to develop profitable, data-driven transportation solutions.

Leads client success for a fresh-produce logistics vertical, managing shipper accounts and coaching Client Success Representatives. Oversees refrigerated shipment tracking, cold-chain issues, onboarding, performance reviews, retention, renewals, and growth. Collaborates with sales, carrier procurement, operations, claims, and accounting teams to resolve disruptions, billing discrepancies, and service issues while improving produce freight processes and client outcomes.

Leads classroom and floor training, early talent development, coaching, management development, and retention initiatives. Oversees trainers and rotational programs, identifies performance risks, modernizes learning delivery, builds management pipelines, and measures training impact through retention, ramp time, productivity, and leadership outcomes. Partners across sales, operations, and management development teams while shaping strategic learning programs across multiple offices.
