After training, the Coverage Specialist secures nationwide carrier capacity for customer shipments through high-volume calls, negotiation, and collaboration. The role involves selling shipments to qualified carriers, monitoring freight, resolving transit issues, and providing shipment updates to internal sales teams. It is a temporary-to-permanent opportunity designed to introduce candidates to logistics and potentially transition them into a full-time sales role.

Coordinate transportation operations for Mexico client accounts, including load building, shipment scheduling, appointment management, tracking, exception resolution, paperwork, and TMS administration. Communicate proactively with customers, carriers, account representatives, and internal teams to ensure timely shipment execution. The role requires fluent Spanish and English, strong multitasking, assertive problem-solving, and accurate adherence to standard operating procedures.

Owns end-to-end EDI integration implementations, including requirements analysis, mapping, development, testing, deployment, monitoring, troubleshooting, and post-production support. The role serves as an integration subject matter expert, develops sustainable data transformation solutions, manages implementation workflows, mentors integration specialists, and collaborates with business, product, and technical stakeholders. Experience with Cleo Integration Cloud, CIC Studio, EDI tools, JSON, databases, and advanced integration methods is required.
