Supervise a team of analysts to design, implement, and maintain analytics, ETL, and reporting solutions. Perform complex ETL and SQL development, build metrics and reports, support data governance, and manage hiring, coaching, and performance of direct reports.

Promote pediatric clinical research, screen and consent potential participants, maintain recruitment databases and waiting lists, schedule visits, communicate with families, track eligibility, and support enrollment while complying with IRB regulations.

Provide competent, autonomous pediatric perioperative nursing in Pre-Op/PACU, including assessment, planning, family-centered education, clinical documentation, crisis response, mentorship, interdisciplinary collaboration, and participation in quality improvement and hospital initiatives.

Provides direct patient care and unit leadership support in Radiology Nursing. Coordinates daily workflow, delegates tasks, serves as manager backup, assists with administrative and HR duties, mentors staff, participates in quality improvement, and maintains continuity of clinical and administrative operations.

Manage provider enrollment and revalidation with commercial and government payers. Maintain provider records in MD Staff and CAQH, verify licensure/documents, update HIS work queues, communicate with providers/payers, generate reports, meet KPI targets, and collaborate with HR, legal, and billing to resolve discrepancies.

Provide competent, family-centered perioperative nursing in a pediatric operating room. Assess patients, plan and implement care, document, educate families, respond to changes, participate in rounds, quality improvement, mentoring, and committee work. Call and rotating day off required.

Support non-clinical research tasks under supervision, including data entry, documentation, meeting support, customer responses, preparing spreadsheets/PowerPoints/word documents, and using diagnostic equipment/software as needed.

Performs pediatric CT exams following physician orders and ALARA radiation-safety protocols, administers IV/oral contrast, maintains equipment and work area, explains procedures to patients/families, stays current with CT technologies, and complies with regulatory standards.

Provide expert pediatric CT imaging: perform quality CT exams, follow radiation safety (ALARA), administer IV/oral contrast, precept/train staff, maintain equipment, ensure regulatory compliance, and act as lead when needed.

Performs and develops skills to conduct pediatric CT exams safely and accurately, following radiation safety (ALARA), administering contrast, maintaining equipment, and providing patient/family communication and care. Ensures compliance with regulatory standards and assists with evolving CT technologies.

Performs routine and specialized pediatric ultrasound exams under radiologist direction, learns to recognize urgent findings, troubleshoots equipment, explains procedures to patients/families, maintains work area, and completes other assigned duties.

Provide autonomous, developmentally appropriate pediatric nursing care in an ENT clinic: assess patients, implement and evaluate plans of care, educate families, document care, respond to clinical changes, participate in interdisciplinary teams, mentor staff, and support quality improvement. Schedule is PRN, Monday–Friday daytime.

Provide inpatient medical care for infants, children and adolescents: examine patients, order and interpret tests, monitor progress, adjust treatments, coordinate with inpatient/outpatient teams and allied providers, participate in hospital-based research, maintain medical records, and follow hospital performance standards.

Prepare, review, and submit medical claims to third-party payers; follow up on adjudication and denials; appeal improperly paid claims; analyze trends and resolve billing problems; communicate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely, accurate reimbursement.

Provide competent, family-centered outpatient nursing care for pediatric diabetes patients: assess, plan, implement, educate, document, respond to changes, participate in interdisciplinary teams, quality improvement, mentoring, and hospital initiatives.

Provide autonomous, family-centered critical care for pediatric cardiovascular ICU patients on night shift. Assess, plan, prioritize, and deliver safe nursing care, respond to condition changes, document care, educate families, collaborate with interdisciplinary team, participate in quality improvement, mentor staff, and engage in unit initiatives.

Provide pediatric assessment and direct care for children, diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions, order and interpret tests, prescribe medications and vaccines, counsel families, monitor progress, refer to specialists, maintain medical records, and perform nursery rounds at a regional medical center.

Lead and grow a large, multidisciplinary clinical research organization. Oversee study start-up, regulatory compliance, coordination, research nursing, financial operations, CTMS, and partnerships. Drive strategy, resource allocation, quality, and team performance while ensuring governance, inspection readiness, and operational excellence.

Perform diagnostic pediatric ultrasound exams while developing proficiency. Recognize urgent findings and notify the radiologist, troubleshoot equipment, explain procedures to patients and families, maintain emergency equipment knowledge and work area, and perform other assigned duties.

Provides comprehensive assessment, stabilization, and nursing care for critically ill neonates, children, and referred adults during interfacility transport. Monitors and documents patient status, administers IV medications, coordinates care with the team, ensures safe transport and equipment readiness, and follows transport and safety protocols.
