Provides competent, autonomous nursing care for pediatric patients and families in a Monday-through-Friday clinic setting. Assesses patient needs, develops and evaluates care plans, responds to changes in condition, documents care, provides education, collaborates with interdisciplinary teams, applies evidence-based practice, mentors healthcare professionals and students, and supports quality improvement and community health initiatives.

Provides competent, patient- and family-centered nursing care in a pediatric infusion center. Responsibilities include assessing patients, developing and evaluating care plans, administering safe care, responding to condition changes, educating families, documenting care, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, applying evidence-based practice, mentoring staff and students, and participating in quality improvement and hospital initiatives.

Provides safe, competent, patient- and family-centered nursing care across multiple hospital units as part of the nurse resource pool. Assesses patients, develops and evaluates care plans, responds to changes in condition, educates families, documents care, collaborates with interdisciplinary teams, applies evidence-based practice, mentors staff and students, and supports quality improvement initiatives.
