Build and grow the live ops team, set KPIs, ensure flawless event execution, resolve operational issues, and partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Commercial Insights to optimize promotion economics and long-term player experience.

Provide high-trust executive and personal support to a senior executive: manage dynamic calendars, prepare board and executive materials, coordinate complex domestic and international travel, triage communications, build operational systems, and deliver white-glove personal and wellness support. Act as a proactive thought partner, ensuring follow-through on strategic priorities and cross-functional projects while maintaining discretion and exceptional attention to detail.
