Handle post-booking customer support for ocean logistics via email and chat: manage cases, resolve queries, coordinate internal teams to ensure shipment execution, documentation support, SLA adherence, and timely communication as single point of contact for the Africa region.

Perform FP&A analysis and reporting to support regional decision-making. Deliver monthly and quarterly MOS, coordinate RoFo, budget and business plan inputs, produce high-quality Power BI and Excel analyses, build storylines, consolidate explanations, drive performance reviews, and improve standard analysis and insights across stakeholders.
