We are looking for a Payroll Associate (1-year contract) to join our team in Singapore.

Key responsibilities
Your key responsibilities include, but not limited to:

Payroll Processing: Gather and process payroll inputs from management and HR, ensuring accurate data entry into internal and external payroll systems. Conduct test runs, reconciliations, and validations to ensure correct salary disbursement.

Payroll Reporting: Review, comment on, and approve payroll reports to ensure accuracy. Generate and upload monthly payroll reports to the bookkeeping system.

Intercompany Invoicing: Compile and reconcile intercompany crew cost invoices, ensuring alignment with actual costs.

Cost Reporting: Provide monthly cost information to relevant stakeholders and ad hoc recipients.

Leave Management: Report sick, paternity, and maternity leave to authorities and obtain applicable refunds.

Pension Scheme Administration: Open and close pension schemes as required.

Fraud Awareness: Maintain responsibility for fraud awareness and prevention.

Data Verification: Verify input data against systems and documentation to ensure accuracy.
We’re looking for

Minimum of 2 years of experience in handling payroll processing in Singapore.

Strong knowledge of Singapore employment laws, CPF regulations, and tax requirements.

Diploma or degree in Human Resource Management or a related discipline.

Prior experience with Workday is an added advantage.

Excellent communication skills and a team-player mentality.

Keen attention to detail.

Ability to start with short notice is highly advantageous
**This role is mainly based at our Bulim Avenue office, with some flexibility to work from home or at our Paya Lebar office depending on business requirement (after the initial training and familiarization phase).
