Assists with planning and executing national conferences at the Ark Encounter and Creation Museum. Coordinates communication among leadership, speakers, staff, volunteers, vendors, venues, and attendees; manages schedules, logistics, staffing, promotional and technical needs; supports event operations, reporting, safety, quality, and cost controls. Requires strong organization, communication, negotiation, professionalism, confidentiality, and flexibility for extended hours, weekends, and holidays.
