Edit and review K-12 Christian curriculum for clarity, coherence, grade-level appropriateness, and alignment to learning objectives and standards. Ensure consistent voice, instructional language, formatting, and pedagogical soundness while collaborating with writers and subject-matter experts to preserve theological accuracy and academic rigor.

Lead and oversee the ministrys Technology Department (IT Services, POS, Web Development), manage managers, run day-to-day IT operations, implement systems and policies, streamline internal operations, design/customize platforms, and analyze IT costs, value, and risks.

Serve as strategic partner to the Director of Operations to align departments, improve systems, mentor managers, ensure SOP compliance, optimize guest flow and service, assist budget reviews, and promote a Christ-centered culture across a large, high-volume attraction.
