The Marketing Operations Analyst supports marketing initiatives by analyzing data, creating reports, managing projects, and facilitating audience segmentation while promoting the mission and values of the organization.

Lead and oversee the ministrys Technology Department (IT Services, POS, Web Development), manage managers, run day-to-day IT operations, implement systems and policies, streamline internal operations, design/customize platforms, and analyze IT costs, value, and risks.

Serve as strategic partner to the Director of Operations to align departments, improve systems, mentor managers, ensure SOP compliance, optimize guest flow and service, assist budget reviews, and promote a Christ-centered culture across a large, high-volume attraction.
