Lead Goose Island Beer Company's finance operations including month-end close, balance sheet reconciliations, product costing, budgeting, forecasting, KPI reporting, accounts payable oversight, audit support, ERP (SAP Business One/OBeer) integrity, and manage/develop one Senior Accountant while providing strategic financial insights to senior leadership.

As a Production Weekender, you will operate manufacturing equipment, perform quality control, maintain safety standards, and support production on weekends.

Drive full-cycle recruitment strategy and execution for critical roles. Partner with hiring managers and senior leaders to source, screen, pipeline, present offers, and advise on market trends. Coach wholesaler sales teams, lead business planning and forecasting, use analytics tools to find opportunities, and ensure compliance with alcoholic beverage laws.

Manage and integrate EHS systems at a brewery, deliver training, lead investigations and corrective actions, ensure regulatory compliance (local/state/federal), represent facility to regulators, compile required reports, assess project EHS risks, and drive team engagement and continuous safety improvements.
