Operate high-speed production equipment on weekend shifts, perform quality checks, record process data, drive fork trucks, load machinery, do minor maintenance and industrial sanitation, and follow SOPs and safety standards. Must train during weekdays and be available for most weekends and holiday shifts.

Operate and maintain brewery utilities (boilers, refrigeration, HVAC, compressed air, CO2, wastewater). Perform chemical analyses, lubrication, sanitation, instrumentation support, KPI documentation, and respond to utility optimization requests. Work rotating shifts and serve on HAZWOPER emergency response team, using required PPE and respirators.

Operate and maintain brewery utility systems (steam, refrigeration, CO2, compressed air, water treatment), perform basic maintenance, sanitation, documentation, and respond to departmental requests. Work rotating shifts in a fast-paced food-processing environment with opportunities for overtime.
