Leads domestic tax planning, technical tax accounting, transaction analysis, tax research, and audit controversy support. Advises business stakeholders on tax-efficient strategies, evaluates legislative and regulatory changes, develops technical tax positions and memoranda, and partners with Legal, Finance, Treasury, Tax Operations, and external advisors. The role supports financial reporting and compliance integration but does not own tax return preparation, tax provision calculations, or compliance execution.

Leads North America federal tax controversy, IRS examinations, appeals, audit defense, and domestic tax planning governance. Oversees technical tax analyses, risk assessments, documentation, and interactions with tax authorities and external advisors. Partners with Tax, Legal, Finance, Treasury, and business teams on complex transactions and tax reporting. Mentors tax professionals, advises executives on tax risks and opportunities, and establishes sustainable, defensible tax governance practices.

Provides onsite and remote IT/OT support for brewery manufacturing environments across multiple locations. Troubleshoots infrastructure, hardware, software, HMI/SCADA, communications, access, and workplace technology issues; manages incidents and requests through ServiceNow; supports production continuity and on-call response. The role also develops documentation and training, performs root cause analysis, supports security and compliance, coordinates escalations, and leads technology and process improvements across distributed brewery teams.
