Leads the Network Systems Department, managing infrastructure strategy, operations, security, projects, service reliability, and continuous improvement across domestic and international locations. Oversees LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi, servers, cloud, storage, backups, disaster recovery, identity management, telephony, collaboration systems, monitoring, patching, vulnerability remediation, and incident management. Manages hiring, mentoring, performance, documentation, standards, SLAs, roadmaps, and project delivery while partnering with IT leadership and ministry stakeholders.

Provide daily administrative support to the Senior Executive Assistant and Executive Vice Presidents, managing scheduling, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, correspondence, filing, office supplies and equipment, event logistics, invoice/credit card tasks, SharePoint postings, and ad-hoc projects while maintaining confidentiality and professional communication.

Support the Senior Executive Assistant and Executive Vice Presidents with scheduling, travel planning, correspondence, event and filming coordination, calendar and SharePoint management, meeting notes, budget assistance, filing, and cross-department liaison. Perform administrative tasks accurately, confidentially, and professionally; assist with special projects and executive office operations.

Provide on-site protection through foot/vehicle patrols, camera monitoring, incident investigation and reporting, operate security systems, render first aid, handle after-hours on-call issues, and assist staff, students, and visitors. Complete required security and defensive-tactics training and meet certification requirements for armed positions.

Lead and manage Truth & Liberty's brand and creative output across digital, social, print, and video. Develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns (including events and political initiatives), produce and edit copy and visual assets, oversee websites, analyze campaign performance, manage timelines and budgets, and ensure brand consistency while fostering team creativity.

Process bi-weekly payroll for 750+ employees, resolve payroll discrepancies, ensure accurate timecard/pay actions and HRIS data integrity, produce payroll reports, handle VOE requests, and support Benefits and Payroll team.

Plan and execute event logistics and event-related communications; create, publish, and distribute member and community content across platforms; support community engagement, contributor relationships, marketing campaigns, and social media; maintain resource library; provide member communications support and other assigned duties.

Manage and maintain ministry websites: update content, images, and media; test pages for quality and performance; upload files to CDN; build event registration pages; edit HTML; manage forms, permissions, and platform integrations; produce reports; and support operational registration and reporting tasks.

Support design and execution of user-centered web and digital experiences. Create user flows, wireframes, and prototypes; improve usability of content-heavy pages; conduct usability testing; follow brand and accessibility standards; collaborate with content, marketing, and development teams.

Support the Show Producer with day-to-day show operations: scheduling, coordinating departments, supervising QC/closed-caption/transcription teams, preparing call sheets and production trackers, managing guest relations and schedules, planning studio/field shoots, providing copywriting and craft services, training assistants, and ensuring deadlines and quality checks are met.

Provide front desk reception and hospitality, manage phone/email/mail, maintain supplies and ID/badge systems, support HR onboarding and volunteer programs, coordinate employee engagement and recognition, update SharePoint, and perform administrative duties.

Provide confidential administrative support to the HR Director including filing, correspondence, meeting coordination, report preparation, scheduling, office supply inventory, travel arrangements, special projects, and policy implementation support.

Conduct HR compliance audits and ensure internal controls to manage legal and regulatory risk. Oversee Paycom/HRIS reporting, ACA and payroll reporting, respond to audits/surveys, pull and analyze HR metrics, support HRIS setup, prepare audit reports, and maintain confidentiality and compliance documentation.

This is a general ministry application used to collect applicant information for future recruitment. It includes troubleshooting tips for submitting the online application, asks applicants to apply directly to posted positions, and directs questions to [email protected].

Provide confidential administrative support to the Executive Assistant to the COO, handling scheduling, correspondence, filing, meeting prep, travel arrangements, office supply and invoice tasks. Support the on-site restaurant by preparing food and beverages, greeting guests, operating a POS, bussing and stocking, and performing light lifting. Occasional evening/weekend work and on-site presence near Woodland Park, CO required.

Create and manage branded visual assets across digital, print, TV, events, merchandise, and marketing. Collaborate with Creative Services and marketing teams, maintain brand guidelines, manage assets and photo editing, develop SOPs and training, analyze campaign performance, and use AI design tools to accelerate content creation.

Lead hands-on deskside support, escalate and resolve complex Windows/macOS issues, provide VIP executive support, mentor technicians, maintain documentation and KBs, produce team reports, support events, and contribute to IT Operations projects and standardization.

Build and maintain high-performing marketing webpages and landing pages using WordPress, ClickFunnels, and Elementor. Implement tracking (UTMs, analytics, pixels), troubleshoot with HTML/CSS/JS, optimize UX, mobile responsiveness and conversions, collaborate with marketing/design teams, monitor performance, and document SOPs.

Manage strategy, optimization, and daily operations of multiple YouTube channels. Create and edit short-form vertical content, perform SEO and keyword research, optimize metadata and thumbnails, run organic and paid channel marketing, track performance metrics, maintain digital asset systems, enforce channel policies, and collaborate with content and marketing teams to grow engagement and conversions.

Lead a creative team to define and enforce brand guidelines, produce marketing and visual content across media, implement AI design tools, manage workflows and project timelines, direct photography and content production, and optimize branding strategies to drive engagement and conversions.
