Provide confidential administrative support to the HR Director including filing, correspondence, meeting coordination, report preparation, scheduling, office supply inventory, travel arrangements, special projects, and policy implementation support.

Supports CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure, deployment environments, infrastructure-as-code, containerized applications, monitoring, logging, and automation. Troubleshoots software and infrastructure issues, maintains technical documentation and architecture diagrams, and collaborates with engineering, architecture, QA, and IT teams to improve software delivery reliability, security, and efficiency.

Provides accounting and administrative support for Charis Bible College, including bank deposits, payment and refund reconciliation, student account maintenance, transaction batching, audits, deposits, and financial recordkeeping. The role also processes event payments, manages incoming mail, handles calls and emails, supports the Bursar team, resolves account discrepancies, and performs general office duties. Full-time weekday daytime availability is required.
