Coordinates person-centered services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Develops and monitors Individual Plans of Service, connects families with benefits and community resources, supports crisis and health planning, participates in school transitions, promotes inclusion and self-advocacy, and maintains compliant documentation. The role requires independent scheduling, site visits, relationship building, and collaboration with families, providers, and community partners.

Coordinates expert engagements for litigators and law firms from intake through retention. Responsibilities include reviewing case materials, matching experts, managing outreach and availability, drafting engagement letters, maintaining case records, communicating with clients, resolving issues, and supporting Finance, leadership, and operational initiatives. The role requires strong organization, attention to detail, project management, problem-solving, and communication skills. It is full-time and hybrid, with four days per week in the Irvine office.

Lead tax compliance, reporting, and planning for partnerships, LLCs, and corporations. Manage federal, state, and local filings; advise on commercial real estate transactions, depreciation, cost segregation, partnership allocations, and Section 1031 exchanges. Partner with leadership and advisors to evaluate tax impacts of transactions, implement tax strategies, and maintain internal tax controls to minimize risk and ensure regulatory compliance.

Translate customer use cases into safe, manufacturable high-pressure gas storage solutions. Lead requirements definition, mechanical design, analyses (pressure, fatigue, thermal), prototype builds, testing, DFMEA and DVP&R documentation, certification coordination, and cross-functional customer integration from concept through validation.

Work with higher-education clients to gather requirements, plan and configure SaaS deployments, perform UAT/QA, train and support users, document implementations, and collaborate with product and support teams to improve processes and product functionality.
