Manage recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, payroll inputs, HRIS/Paycor data, compliance, leaves, and HR operations. Position is full-time in-person with part-time considered.

Manage full billing, collections, expense, and accounts payable cycles; maintain GAAP‑compliant books; resolve billing and payment issues; improve financial systems and reporting; partner with CFO and stakeholders. Role includes customer-facing collections and occasional client/vendor support.
