Supports a small venture capital firm through office administration, scheduling, vendor coordination, accounting and bill payment support, event planning, communications, board logistics, investor relations, and special projects. Own mechanical subsystems, systems, or product platforms from concept through production release. Lead requirements, design, analysis, verification, manufacturing transfer, and production readiness. Develop complex mechanisms and motion systems in SolidWorks, apply GD&T and DFM principles, conduct testing and validation, and manage suppliers and contract manufacturers. Mentor engineers, lead technical decisions and reviews, maintain engineering documentation, and ensure compliance with design controls and quality systems.

Leads an assigned Human Resources division for the City of Ann Arbor, overseeing strategy, operations, budgets, staff development, vendors, and service delivery. Provides senior consultation on employee and labor relations, investigations, grievances, organizational challenges, workforce initiatives, policy implementation, and risk management. Supervises divisional staff and partners with the HR and Labor Relations Director to advance City workforce priorities and organizational effectiveness.
