Lead and grow Make-A-Wish Michigan's major gifts program as a player-coach: manage your own high-potential donor portfolio, build pipelines, research and qualify prospects, execute individualized cultivation and solicitation strategies, meet new-donor revenue goals, coach the major gifts team, collaborate with cross-functional partners, and track outcomes and KPIs in Salesforce to drive sustainable philanthropic growth.

Lead the design, implementation, and ownership of the Quality Management System. Manage SOPs, audits, CAPA, document control, process metrics, root cause analysis, and regulatory and customer audit support to achieve multiple certifications and drive operational quality during Phase 1 scale-up.

Support clinical operations and ambulatory surgery center with administrative project ownership, EMR review, patient/provider data management, scheduling, correspondence, and basic reporting/analytics to improve processes and patient-centered care.
