About the Role
Russelloy Foundry is seeking a relationship-driven Industrial Sales Representative to support and grow our existing customer base. In this outside sales role, you'll work directly with manufacturers, build long-term partnerships, and help drive new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a multi-state sales territory, building upon an established portfolio of customer relationships.
- Develop and maintain strong partnerships with manufacturers and industrial clients.
- Represent Russelloy Foundry and its network of domestic and offshore manufacturing partners.
About You
- Industrial, manufacturing, or technical sales experience is a plus, but not required.
- A competitive athletic background (high school or collegiate) is valued and demonstrates the drive, discipline, and resilience needed to succeed.
- Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset and a strong desire to achieve results.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable traveling throughout a multi-state territory and meeting with customers in person.
