The Sales Support Specialist supports financial advisors by addressing inquiries related to Eagle Life products, assisting with marketing campaigns, and enhancing external relationships, focusing on customer service and data gathering.

Provide pricing support and analysis for new and existing annuity products. Build and implement pricing models (MG-ALFA/Integrate), assess profitability and risks via sensitivity testing and assumption review, document and communicate findings, collaborate with ALM/valuation/finance/tax/legal, contribute to product ideation, support process improvements and statutory reserve modernization, and complete actuarial career development while progressing on SOA exams.

Lead planning, execution, and tracking of cross-functional strategic initiatives. Define scope, resources, timelines, governance, KPIs, and communications; manage stakeholders, risks, dependencies, and outcomes to ensure initiatives deliver business impact.

Own and manage the digital analytics ecosystem including GA4 and GTM, design and maintain data layer architecture, ensure data consistency to Snowflake and Tableau, enforce data governance, troubleshoot data issues, and partner with marketing, IT, and data teams to implement and QA tracking and reporting.

Provide competitive intelligence for the Bank/Broker Dealer channel by monitoring competitor products, pricing, marketing, and distributor relationships; maintain competitor positioning library and FIA index performance; support product pre-launch analysis, answer wholesaler questions, and develop training. Identify market opportunities and threats and support Distribution, Marketing, Product, and Operations with data-driven insights.

Lead and manage teams building and maintaining web and mobile digital platforms. Oversee roadmap implementation, software delivery, vendor relationships, environment stability, and team development. Collaborate with business, PMO, and IT to design, test, and deploy solutions while managing budgets, metrics, and continuous improvement.

Lead territory sales for annuity products to bank and broker-dealer advisors, build and manage advisor relationships, execute long-range sales plans, prospect and expand producer base, deliver product education, forecast territory performance, and travel extensively to meet sales goals.

The Internal Wholesaler develops and implements sales strategies for Eagle Life annuities, manages relationships with financial brokers, and drives sales growth in collaboration with external partners.
