Responsibilities include conducting site assessments, analyzing mechanical and electrical systems, quantifying energy savings, supporting designs and bid documents, estimating costs, coordinating with vendors and contractors, and providing technical guidance through construction, commissioning, and operations.

The Energy Engineer evaluates energy savings opportunities, analyzes utility data, oversees MBCx workflows, and delivers technical reports and presentations.
