Responsibilities include hiring crews, creating SOPs and safety systems, managing subcontractors, overseeing preventative and corrective maintenance, coordinating dispatch and travel, maintaining inventory, ensuring OSHA and NFPA 70E compliance, developing technician training, managing budgets, and supporting emergency response.

Leads end-to-end proposal development for software, consulting, and professional services pursuits.
