The Strategic Marketing Manager for Sensors will develop a long-term strategy, analyze markets, assist product launches, and facilitate partnerships in the sensing technology sector.

As a Systems Engineer, you will define product specifications, validate algorithms, conduct laboratory tests, evaluate silicon, create documentation, and support customers with technical solutions.

Lead product development for next-generation ICs by developing test methodologies, driving characterization and validation, analyzing wafer probe and final-test yield, resolving silicon-level issues, and coordinating probe, assembly, qualification, and final-test activities with global design, applications, and manufacturing teams.

Manage a team of quality engineers/technicians to execute quality assurance activities, resolve customer issues, conduct product qualification and process audits, enforce quality standards (8D), and develop and hire team members.

Lead validation strategy for complex SoC products, design test plans and automation architecture, drive failure analysis and reliability characterization, mentor teams, and ensure product validation integrity for successful launches.

Lead technical NPI and production support for semiconductor products. Lead the design, configuration, integration, and deployment of Kinaxis Maestro supply chain planning solutions. Own demand, supply, S&OP, inventory, and capacity planning capabilities, including data mapping, APIs, ETL, automation, performance optimization, and Oracle or SAP integration. Translate business requirements into scalable architectures, lead workshops and UAT, resolve technical and functional issues, drive user adoption, and provide governance across global supply chain planning teams.

Defines and architects motor driver IC products from concept through release, translating customer application needs into product requirements and roadmaps. Leads feasibility studies, functional safety goals, test strategies, packaging and thermal considerations, and cross-functional development with design, validation, marketing, sales, and customers. Provides technical guidance, application support, customer integration assistance, and product collateral while helping prioritize the motor driver portfolio.

Manage Linux infrastructure for engineering simulations, ensuring operational support, high availability, and automating procedures. Collaborate with teams and resolve incidents efficiently.

Manage verification of digital designs, develop testing environments, analyze results, and collaborate with engineering teams to ensure quality and coverage.

Manage inventory accounting and Quantity Accuracy Program activities including lot reviews, foundry credit verification, freight accruals, inventory reclassifications, RM consumption and tape & reel analyses, approve scrap requests, resolve negative quantities, and lead cost accounting and inventory improvement projects.

Design and build robotics prototypes and demonstrations, including humanoid actuators and dexterous hands. Integrate motor drivers, magnetic sensors, and power-management components while evaluating, calibrating, and debugging hardware. Benchmark system performance such as control-loop latency, torque estimation, and sensor accuracy. Collaborate with marketing, product teams, R&D, and external stakeholders to translate technical findings into demonstrations and marketing materials.

Lead and scale Allegro’s HR Operations function, overseeing employee lifecycle transactions, service delivery, process governance, Workday modernization, data integrity, reporting, compliance, controls, and audit readiness. Build standardized global processes, automate manual work using AI and workflow tools, partner across HR and business functions, and lead an HR Operations team while driving continuous improvement and strong employee and manager experiences.

Develop and maintain production schedules and material plans for a work center or product family. Analyze capacity, supply and demand, WIP, inventory, and MRP requirements to create achievable factory schedules. Collaborate with production supervisors, buyers, and warehouse staff to resolve scheduling conflicts and material shortages, prioritize factory work, and recommend solutions that improve workflow and on-time delivery.

Design, develop, and maintain custom Salesforce solutions (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning). Integrate Salesforce with external systems, ensure code quality via reviews and testing, troubleshoot issues, and stay current with Salesforce best practices.

Coordinate and schedule reliability and stress-testing in the Reliability Laboratory. Manage test queues, optimize chamber/equipment utilization, track results, and liaise with Product Engineering, Quality, and Lab Technicians to meet automotive and industrial qualification timelines.

Manage semiconductor technology development programs from planning through delivery. Coordinate cross-functional engineering teams, foundries, suppliers, and business stakeholders; define scope, schedules, resources, budgets, dependencies, and risks; communicate status to senior leadership; resolve issues and delays; improve development processes; and promote lessons learned across the organization.

Manage global import/export compliance: classify products, perform restricted party screening, advise internal teams, run audits and training, monitor regulatory changes, improve processes, and maintain records.

Support product engineers by executing test plans and basic electrical tests, collecting and analyzing data, maintaining lab equipment, assisting debugging, documenting results, and participating in training and cross-functional collaboration to develop semiconductor products.
