JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Do in-depth downtime analysis in weekly and monthly basis with the aid of statistical tools and techniques and provides technical solutions.

Introduces and implements revise preventive/predictive maintenance systems and procedures.

Initiates design of experiment to determine, establish and improve process capability.

Provides investigation and analysis to quality related problems in production by electronic, mechanical or procedural means to guarantee product handling and testing integrity.

Monitors subordinates performance and institute the necessary actions to maintain and upgrade performance both technical and administrative.

Ensures that established programs and solutions to increase uptime and resolve equipment problems are carried out to improve manufacturing processes.

Finds solutions to reduce lot cycle time through index time, debugging, temperature stabilization and conversion. Ensures that expenses for repairs and replacement including overtime cost are within the specified budget
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor Degree in Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical/Computer Engineering; or at least college level and has five (5) years equivalent work experience of the same position

Knowledgeable in electronic, mechanical, electro-mechanical theories. Familiar to use electrical, electronic and mechanical tools and instruments.

Proficient in Microsoft Office

Capable of performing SPC Programs

Can perform design of experiment and measurement system analysis as needed.

Hands on experience with the modern and latest Automatic Test Equipment (ATE) and or Test Systems

Knows statistical tools techniques
-
Familiar with company quality systems standards
