JOB DESCRIPTION:

Generates and updates Quality Specifications, Control Plan and Department Manual through Process Change Request (PCR) whenever there are changes and improvements in quality and process control systems and product/ process specifications.

Initiates and implements required product tests and inspection procedures in conformance with applicable standards such as JEDEC, Military Standard, ASTM, AEC, etc. to ensure product quality, functionality, and reliability.

Verifies and analyzes non-conforming in-process materials and products. This is done by applying approved product tests and inspections and comparing the results to existing product specifications to arrive at proper disposition and recommendation. Dispositions are documented through Non-Conformance Management (NCM) system.

Actively participates in module meetings with Manufacturing, Process Engineering, Maintenance, and Production Control departments to discuss and deal with line issues and corrective actions as well as to outline continuous improvement efforts with reference to set measurable.

Initiates, generates, implements and evaluates corrective actions to MRB/NCR cases and Test returns/ complaints by working with the team for the execution of systematic procedure in problem solving (8 Discipline) to prevent recurrence of highlighted discrepancies.

Verifies using applicable equipment/device, analyzes and provide disposition to issues encountered pertaining to process and procedures to ensure quality and reliability of product at Test.

Involve in holding, assessment and disposition of non-conforming products/materials.

Helps to provide data, gather facts that will help other support group to determine root cause that will help resolved problems encountered in line.

Initiates, coordinates and implements both preventive and corrective actions that will correct and prevent line problem that comes from machine, process or/and human errors.

Collaborates with the other Departments for the completion of Quality Reports. Coordinates and meet Production, Test Engineering and other support group on product quality improvement via team improvement/module group activities.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Graduate of any Engineering course

With experience in semiconductor industry preferably Assembly and/or Test process

Computer literate
-
Good communication skill
-
Knowledgeable in Assembly measuring and test equipment

With knowledge in Measurement Systems Analysis (MSA)
