JOB DESCRIPTION

Prepare and coordinates detailed Layout Design and Proposal using IE/ergonomic principles

Real time update of current layout for planning and design reference.

Equipment list update and location mapping information
-
Simulations and proposal for Manufacturing Readiness Assessment based on planned and unplanned equipment list
-
Update, manage and review all incoming equipment included in the CapEx Plan and MRA (Manufacturing
-
Readiness Assessment) Program. Closely monitor and track all the status and information related to the each project

Generate and analyze reports on Floor Space Allocations based on Finance’s requirement on Annual and Semi-Annual
-
Basis and Floor Space Analysis on a quarterly basis.

Develops and improves process & workflow that will maximize productivity of plant operations

Support the Section on production systems evaluation and enhancements. Implements and monitors key productivity projects that affect cost
-
Provides regular written communications and presentations on progress of work coverage and assignments
-
Prepares reports and recommendations vital to the IE Department, in supporting Assembly, Probe and Test Operations

Maintains pertinent records and files in soft and/or hard copies

Sustaining Functions

Overall Layout Management for: Assembly Operations, Test Operations, Probe Operations, Offices
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Degree in Industrial Engineering
