Develop and optimize quantum compilation tools that translate quantum programs into physical gate operations for fault-tolerant processors. Improve the resource estimator, integrate architectural advances, and make tools accessible to external users. Conduct theoretical studies, implement software, publish research, file patents, present at conferences, and mentor junior team members, interns, and PhD students.

Lead yield monitoring and process integration between qubit design and fabrication. Build automated wafer dashboards, perform statistical analysis and root-cause investigations, maintain design-to-fab LUTs and DFM/DRM, automate wafer layout pipelines in Python, and coordinate failure analysis and corrective actions to improve qubit uniformity and scale-up.

Lead architecture and platform design for a quantum-computing software stack: design services, APIs, storage, data ingestion, and orchestration; enable hardware/software interaction loops; partner with researchers and data engineers; drive long-term roadmap and mentor engineering teams.

Lead day-to-day cleanroom fabrication activities, ensure SOP/MES traceability, maintain and troubleshoot equipment, coordinate maintenance, drive throughput and continuous improvement, manage and develop a team, and oversee operational budget and KPIs to support ramp-up to industrial semiconductor manufacturing.

Build and maintain MLOps and LLMOps infrastructure on GCP, including machine learning pipelines, model deployment, monitoring, and scalable AI solutions. Partner with researchers, data scientists, data engineers, and DevOps teams to productionize models, improve reproducibility and observability, and establish AI architecture and best practices. Support traditional ML and GenAI use cases while contributing to the evolution of the company’s AI platform.
