Build and manage high-impact industrial partnerships across semiconductors, electronics, manufacturing, defense, cryogenics and quantum sectors. Lead executive-level negotiations, structure long-term collaborations, accelerate industrialization and supply-chain resilience, represent the company at industry events, and work cross-functionally with Engineering, Product, Legal, Finance and Procurement to maximize partnership value and commercialization opportunities.

Lead architecture and platform design for a quantum-computing software stack: design services, APIs, storage, data ingestion, and orchestration; enable hardware/software interaction loops; partner with researchers and data engineers; drive long-term roadmap and mentor engineering teams.

Lead the IT & AI Ops organization, overseeing IT strategy, operations, and infrastructure to support quantum computing research and engineer workflows. Manage teams and ensure robust security practices while optimizing technology resources for rapid innovation.

Lead day-to-day cleanroom fabrication activities, ensure SOP/MES traceability, maintain and troubleshoot equipment, coordinate maintenance, drive throughput and continuous improvement, manage and develop a team, and oversee operational budget and KPIs to support ramp-up to industrial semiconductor manufacturing.

Serve as the primary legal partner to Business & Revenue, drafting, negotiating, and managing commercial agreements for hardware, software, services, and strategic partnerships; support RFIs, tenders, public procurement, and subcontracting; build scalable contracting templates, playbooks, and processes; advise on IP, export control, and regulatory matters; collaborate cross-functionally and empower commercial teams with practical legal guidance.

Own reliability, automation, and security of the GCP production platform. Define SLOs/SLIs, reduce incidents, build observability (Prometheus/Grafana), manage IaC with Terraform, operate and scale Kubernetes/GKE, harden CI/CD, automate toil, enforce platform security and compliance, and optimize cloud costs while mentoring junior engineers.

Lead architecture, deployment, and scaling of ML workflows to optimize quantum chip performance. Collaborate with physicists to translate constraints into algorithms, own technical roadmaps, mentor engineers, and define engineering standards for production-grade ML systems.

As a Senior Quantum Error Correction Researcher, you will develop and improve fault-tolerant quantum computing architecture and integrate effective quantum error correction protocols into the system.

Drive adoption of Alice & Bob hardware by engaging the quantum research community, supporting research projects, organizing trainings and events, tracking usage and satisfaction, synthesizing user feedback, and representing the company at conferences to enable published research outcomes.

Lead identification, qualification, and management of external foundries to scale superconducting quantum processors. Drive partnership strategy, technical evaluations, supplier negotiations, and cross-functional program management to align foundry capabilities with the companys quantum hardware roadmap.

The MES Integration Engineer will manage the deployment and configuration of a Manufacturing Execution System for quantum chip fabrication, focusing on integrating fabrication processes and data management in an R&D environment.
