As a Senior Quantum Error Correction Researcher, you will develop and improve fault-tolerant quantum computing architecture and integrate effective quantum error correction protocols into the system.

Lead design and development of low-level control software and hardware abstraction layers for quantum experiment workflows. Architect services, APIs, drivers, and synchronization for real-time, low-latency hardware interactions. Collaborate with physicists, drive platform roadmap, and mentor engineers to ensure scalable, reliable experiment and calibration systems.

Serve as Chief of Staff to the VP of QHI, translating strategy into technical roadmaps, leading cross-functional projects, removing operational bottlenecks, supporting VP office activities, and contributing hands-on to systems engineering and delivery for the department's quantum hardware programs.
