Lead public funding strategy, institutional engagement, and governance for Alice & Bob across Europe (with APAC/MEA expansion). Secure and negotiate public funding, manage compliance and reporting, shape policy/priorities, advise executive leadership, and coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to align public affairs with the company’s technical and commercial roadmap.

Build and manage high-impact industrial partnerships across semiconductors, electronics, manufacturing, defense, cryogenics and quantum sectors. Lead executive-level negotiations, structure long-term collaborations, accelerate industrialization and supply-chain resilience, represent the company at industry events, and work cross-functionally with Engineering, Product, Legal, Finance and Procurement to maximize partnership value and commercialization opportunities.

Lead architecture and platform design for a quantum-computing software stack: design services, APIs, storage, data ingestion, and orchestration; enable hardware/software interaction loops; partner with researchers and data engineers; drive long-term roadmap and mentor engineering teams.
